The Pullman was an amazing resort, with great service, facilities and very friendly staff. The room was very big and clean, with a small balcony over-looking the ocean and Pattaya. It is located in north Pattaya on the beach, with clean water but it wasn't very clear when we were there. The centre of Pattaya and 'Walking Street' were a quick Tuk Tuk ride away from the resort and very cheap. There is a small market nearby and also plenty of convenience stores, massage places, money exchanges, etc. My friends and I had a great time at the Pullman, eating beautiful food, having plenty to dring and all of the staff treating us like royalty.

facilities are run down, definitely not 5 star anymore, dirty carpets, floors in lifts look like it’s never seen soap and water. Iron provided was shocking, burnt and stained, have a pic of it. Staff at pool area are so rude and have no respect for anyone staying there. Not a 5 star hotel and resort anymore The beds are hard and so were the pillows. Had to request soft pillows. The only thing that was great was the breakfast and the restaurant service and the food was unbelievable good.

The hotel is great, guards courteous,reception staff and rooms are nice. What made it sour was the breakfast staff. Either they were too over burdened or just didn’t care. When at the eggs station asked for fried eggs (and it was written there that they’re available) was asked to take cold pre-made egg from inside. When asked for a fresh one was very rudely brushed aside in a humiliating manner. Didn’t see the same tonality with Europeans. First time in the last few years I’ve experienced this.
