Great location. Comfortable bed and nice room. Shower pulsates very hot then warm water which wasn't good. Mini fridge door wouldn't close but fixed it ourselves by reinserting the door seal. Breakfast buffet food selection was okay for short stays but lack variety for longer stays. Handy shuttle bus to shops but limited seats and frequency - we never got a seat till after 3pm. Excellent gym, facilities and hotel staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Pattaya Hotel G. A special thank you to the team who made our stay so comfortable, particularly the Beach Club and Beach Bar Restaurant teams. Khun Peter and his team delivered excellent service throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care made our experience truly memorable. Looking forward to our stay in October :-)

The positves: Large room, beautiful sea views, excellent service at the Sunset lounge (for those with access). Frequent free shuttle service to Terminal 21. Large beautiful swimming pool. The negatives: Room was dirty. Handprints on mirrors, dirt (more than dust) on surfaces, aircon intake filter filthy. Room is extremely dated - furniture is worn out and minimalistic for the price and 5 star status. When checking out, receptionist asked me how my stay was. I said "ok...but cleaning standards can be improved". Without looking at me, she continued shuffling papers, smiling and said "oh thank you"... If you are not prepared to listen to feedback, don't ask the question. Wasn't able to use welcome drink as it could only be redeemed at one bar, that had limited operating hours...enquired at the sports bar but was turned away.
