Excellent stay from start to finish in a beautiful resort setting. We used our upgrade ALL suite vouchers to access a suite for 2 nights. Fantastic clean rooms with a very comfortable bed. All the food we had at the resort was delicious. However, what made this stay special was the exceptional service we received from all the staff. They were all amazingly friendly and welcoming. Always smiling and they made you feel like family. One of the best stays we have ever had. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with our stay! The staff here is phenomenal from start to finish. Thank you for the warm welcome and genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Mercedes T. and Cary, who were absolutely amazing and incredibly attentive during breakfast. Their kindness and exceptional service were such a wonderful way to start each day. Unfortunately, our daughter came down with a cold during our stay, so we weren't able to enjoy everything as much as we would have loved to. However, the care and attention we received made all the difference. Even when ordering room service, every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We never felt that we needed to be home to feel comfortable and cared for. The staff truly made us feel at home, and that meant so much to our family. Thank you all for making our stay so special despite the circumstances. Your hospitality is what makes a place truly memorable. We look forward to returning!

The initial greeting and first impressions were exceptional, the communication via email and WhatsApp could have been better on one occassion each (no reply regarding booking the restaurant via email, and the delivery of my car not carried out when requestwd via WhatsApp and seemingly less helpful). The staff in person were very friendly and helpful. The availability of the main restaurant beginning with "C" was extremely disappointing (we were celebrating and could not eat there on either of the two nights). The resort itself is very clean and well maintained. When having treatments and using the spa; we were not reunited after the treatments (so were waiting in different areas for each other .. staff could have been more attentive) and we were not shown around the spa, or given the map, until we went back out to reception and asked if someone could show us. I asked for the car to be brought to the entrance in advance when leaving. It was not fetched until we were already waiting at reception. When checking out, the parking charge was added twice, so we had to wait for it to be corrected. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay, with very friendly staff, but of the points mentioned above, I would expect a little more of such a resort.

We visited SO/Sotogrande for 5 nights in early October for the all inclusive package and played plenty of golf during our stay. The resort and rooms are beautiful, the styling and colourful decoration are lovely, we stayed in the "basic room/ comfy king" and it was amazing, can only imagine the larger suites. The food and service was inconsistent, sometimes it was absolutely brilliant, other times it was slow and the food was only so so. You can only eat in Society for breakfast and lunch and on the other days only one other restaurant is open, so the food did get a bit samey. We ate in Marxa twice, first time was brilliant, second time was very disappointing. It was odd how the experience could be so different two days in a row. In both Society and Marxa on different occasions certain dishes were forgotten, an example of the inconsistent service. If you weren't all inclusive, the pricing structure for the food is madness, 9 euros for a small plate of fruit, most main meals over 30 euros. If we weren't all inclusive we would have not felt the food was worth the price. The on site golf and practise facilities were excellent, you could borrow a buggy to drive down to the practise facilities, store your clubs overnight and the buggies for the Alto course had gps, music and a cool box. Great features. We also borrowed the electric bikes, which was great fun. I understand why it's necessary, but wearing a wristband somewhat spoils the luxury feel, I wonder if there are other approaches, especially as you still had to get a bill and sign it after each drink and meal. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return and recommend to friends and family, but 5 nights given the food options was too long and when we return it would be for a shorter time.
