Exceptional service provided by Vincent & team upon check in & check out. The whole team were super friendly & welcoming from check in , concierge & restaurant staff. While the hotel is well located and clean, as an Accor gold member, instead of offering me a free member upgrade, they asked me to pay to upgrade……. and they were unable to provide either an early or late checkout, so I had to pay for an extra night to stay for a few hours more…. in order to catch my flight. On top of that I was charged for breakfast when my rate room already included it. Upon checkout out I went to finalise the bill and was advised by Vanessa that she would finalise and send it via email as it could not be done then and there. I never rec’d the bill. Then I requested it via email and was overcharged. After 2 days back and forth thru emails, they agreed to refund the overcharge, however it will take between 14-21 days for the refund to be processed. I don’t understand the wait time as it’s their error. Regardless as an Accor Gold member I always support the Accor group, however the same cannot be said for this hotel. I doubt I will refer this hotel to anyone going forward.

Everything was up to par, however our room was dirty had random bit of hair around that was not cleaned up and the gym was a let down

I had a really enjoyable stay in a room with really nice view! Staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel is easily accessible to many eateries and cafes, also walking distance to SOHO. Very convenient and I'll definitely stay here again.

I went for attending a Memorial and everybody was very attentionate. The rooms are Japanese style, the bedding is very good, all the hotel is super clean and very well located. Great breakfast. A team very efficient and kind, a plus for Lucia, Vincent, Marco and Crystal.
