First, I made a reservation on hotel’s webpage for a room on river side and payed at check-in the price of river side room, but got regular room with view on the road. Second, room was dusty with few big spiders in the bathroom (one even pretty big looking like some smaller kind of tarantual species). Bed sheets were damaged with holes on it and the room card machine at the door wasn’t working so I was getting all the electricity shut down every 30 seconds after repeatedly pulling card out and putting in so that I could have a light and hair dryer. And for the cherry on top, I went to wellness and reserved a massage appointment, but 15min before my appointment masseuse came to me at the pool to apologise and explain me that she has to cancel my massage because “owner called” and she has to go give him a massage right away?!? Totally bizarre hotel stay and incredibly unprofessional. Really didn’t expect this of Accor brand hotel. Not giving 1 just because lobby was cosy, but this is definetely one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. Shame on you Movenpick Sarajevo.

Staff was friendly, but the hotel felt like it was stuck in the 80’s. Typical ”American standard”. It’s ok - nothing more, nothing less. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special (I was a bit disappointed). Location wise (for tourist purposes) it was a bit off. You need to walk about 3 km to the city center, or take tram/taxi.

Ett fint hotell, dock ligger det en bit ifrån gamla stan och sängarna var ganska hård. Hade lite svårt att sova. Rummen var väldigt lyhörda och man hörde allt som hände på gatan även fast vi bodde på 9 våningen. Hotellet är fint och bra men hade förväntat mig mer.

Good location with monorail station within walking distance. Breakfast is excellent - not many food options but sufficient. Gym is small. The room is clean, but lighting can be improved as it feels not very bright in the room.
