Great stay in a modern hotel

We stayed here for one night as part of an organised tour in August 2022. The hotel is a small drive out of the old city and the hotel is relatively new. Check-in was relatively quick and you can have some fun on the swings they have in the lobby. There are two stairwells in the hotel, so Reception will tell you which one to take to get to your room. Our room was at the end of the corridor and was nice and large. We had twin beds which were both big and comfy and everything was clean and tidy. Our room had plenty of space, a flatscreen tv, desk and chair and you can also see that the design was made to look as though part of the room had been built on. The bathroom was also large, with a big shower, nice fluffy towels, and plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was very good - a good selection of hot and cold food. Plenty of juices, hot drinks and fruit etc. There's a spa and pool that you can use if you want to - we arrived late so just before it closed. The rooftop bar has great panoramic views (see the photo). Overall, I really liked this hotel and so did my friends.

Terrible hotel. They didn't even fulfill 50% of the things they were supposed to do, and they charged 100% of the price. At dinner there was a buffet table with too little food. The food was desperate. The food seemed to be made by a beginner. A chocolate cake was agreed upon, while there were two cakes at dinner, one chocolate, the other made of whipped cream and pudding, which almost fell apart. At no point did the waiters come and ask if you need anything or the like. The hygiene in the room is ok, but the toilet was not clean at all.
