The hotel has a central location and it is close to everything. The staff is superb and rooms really nice with the beautiful views. Highly recommended as a great place to stay 20 min away from the airport and 10 min from all other central locations and activates.

The hotel is beautiful and modern. My room was so quiet and with blackout drapes, I always slept well. The bedding is excellent, the breakfast has many choices along with an egg station. The reception staff is the best!!! Very professional but also very friendly and lovely to talk with. Special thanks to Emina, Selma and Dragana. Thank you all for a great stay!

The Swissotel Sarajevo is by far the best luxury lodging option in Sarajevo. We choose to stay in a suite and were pleased with our decision. Thank you to Selma at the front desk for her consistent efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism.

Decently comfortable, spacious rooms, functioning Wifi, so altogether can't complain too much. I did feel that at €300 it was pretty pricey, and it's in a not particularly charming part of town about 20-30 min walk from the old town. Still a decent option nonetheless.

Unannounced on the hotel’s website, at 8pm we were surprised by the loud noise in our room of a festive event on the doorstep of the hotel that would last till midnight. We asked the reception for a room on the opposite side of the hotel but both MR. Dario & his senior said the hotel was fully booked. We asked for a refund & they said we have to do it through the booking website.
