Great experience. Excellent staff. Always welcome. Regarding my opinion the best hotel in Bosnia and Hercegovina. Delicious food, restaurants. Especially sweets (it is not usually in hotels). Spa is also very especially I like salt room.

We were so impressed with hotel staff, from the moment we arrived and were welcomed by Selma and Bakir, to a world class service at breakfast where Davor made us feel so welcomed and cared for, by his special personal touches, we truly felt that he cared so much and that we had everything we needed to feel like at home. The next morning he prepared our favorite drinks, and at our favorite table. Davor is a true example of what great customer service should feel like! What a great ambassador for the hotel and the brand! 1st class!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!! We felt like we stayed with family! Amazing! We will be back!
