Evrything was great, new hotel whit very friendly staff, near city center. Very nice shopping centre next to the hotel. Hotel has Poll, Spa, Fitness... Room was big and spacius, whit great wiev. Few tips for improvement; - small things in room - light on the mirror in toilette didnt work, handle on the shower needs to be replaced or fixed (wather is leaking on the conection between hadle and tube), Towel holder hangs - breakfast was great, but could be bether (f.a. you could have menu on each table, whit meals you cann order for breakfast) - staff - like i sad, staff was great, and very friendly and helpfull. But there is potencial for improvements whit trainings and schooling (f.a. staff on breakfast is singing or they talk to each other, recepcionist little bit confused (i needed some things on a company bill, and some things on private bill)) - i belive 30 EUR/day was parking whit pick up service. I find this very expencive.

This hotel is a wonderful place to say for many reasons. Foremost, is the service from everyone at the hotel from the bellman you first meet at the door, to the front desk staff, the restaurant staff and especially the housekeepers who are some of the best I have ever experienced in any hotel stay. The rooms are large and comfortable, the bathroom is spectacular with the rain shower and the food, especially the breakfast that comes with the room, is very high end. Not to mention the location with the mall that has everything you could want to buy.

I like it all but the fact that air conditioner is contoled from the front desk. It was no higher than 22 degries and I was cold.

Check in/check out procedure should be improved - simplyfied, it should not be so time consuming. Maybe some kind of pre-arrival online collection of data, so that one doesn't have to lose time on formalities upon arrival to the hotel. Everything else, room, service, staff - was very satifactory

No hot water, no AC

My room was 27.5, I set for 20, nothing happened. Tech came reset the fan, checked the unit. Room decreased to 25.5 but no cooler. It was late and I did N. want to stay awake to call the tech again. Then at 6:30 am an alarm went off in the hallway, waking me early. So, I got up and tried to take a shower--no hot water. Upon checking out, I told this to the desk person. No compensation or amenities were offered. If both of those things had N. happened, I still found the layout of the room N. particularly functional for work

This is a completely dry (alcohol free) hotel and as such should not be under the Swissotel banner. The rooms appeared unfinished (our TV was on an angle, the air conditioning control was so complex that nobody in the hotel could work it), the windows were filthy to point of not being able to clearly see out them, the service from all staff (except the bell boys, luggage staff) was less than satisfactory as they were slow and/or disinterested (in particular café and restaurant staff). Poor recognition of Accor status when checking in and in room, continually had to remind staff of expectations of membership. Expensive hotel and not worth the money.

I stayed for business, and the overall satisfaction was high. The standard of the rooms and wellness is superb. As well as a kind note of the hotel's MD, handwritten on the table in the room. The breakfast is very nice, but varies from stay to stay, should be more stable level i.e. in summer period very rich and with a lot of choice, later on less to choose from, compared to the high season.

Comfortable and with the attention to details. It is an excellent hotel, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good food. Also quite a pleasant conference area. Not a bad position - walking distance to the old centre. I do not drink much alcohol nor often, love halal food. But I did find it strange to have a hotel in which you cannot have a glass of wine in the middle of Sarajevo.
