The hotel is very nice and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We stayed there at the beginning of November and, although the weather was quite mild for the season, the rooms were overheated. We had to sleep with the balcony door open just to get the temperature to a comfortable level. Travelling with a 3-year-old, I was looking forward to using the hotel’s playgrounds. Unfortunately, they were in very bad shape, with half of the area literally destroyed—huge holes in the wooden cabins, missing steps, and various elements lying around on the ground. My 3-year-old and I had to be very careful where we stepped. I didn’t feel comfortable letting her run around freely or explore the grounds. Considering that there is security at the entrance of the hotel grounds and that the playground is not accessible to external visitors, it’s a shame to think that guests might have caused such significant damage. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay, and the spa area is also very nice.

The hotel is well located, with plenty of outdoor activities and a nice, warm pool. The food has improved compared to before, but it’s still too expensive — the same goes for drinks. Some of the food is not homemade, and there’s a lot of frozen food. The half-board option should be cheaper. The buffet dinner offer of 45 KM per adult is just unreasonable, especially considering the very basic dishes and simple preparation. The chairs in the restaurant are extremely dirty, with visible food stains everywhere. Overall cleanliness is poor, both in the restaurant and in the rooms — especially the floors and stairs. Please fix this.
