WE JUST COME FOR WELLNESS In my birthday me and my husband decided to enjoy the wellness there. We come with paying 25KM per person. We was so excited, the reception man ask us to see first but we say no need because this hotel have good feedback. And Yes !!! Don't always belive on GOOD COMMENTS check with our on eyes is the good decision. We enter.. the wellness smelly, Sauna not working, 2 of them work but only 21° swimming pool dirty, and small ( don't believe in picture ) inside the steam sauna smelly nothing is make us happy. We called the staff for help he come and say " I am sorry our wellness staff not working today " Okey.. if the wellness staff not working, means is nobody clean that area ? the wellness is important part of the hotel facilities. Every hotel have general cleaning staff who have responsibilities to cleaning. I can say that, because I am wellness person, I am working in hotel as wellness manager for more than 25 year and I can say wellness on this hotel are 1/10. They are work with good brands as loccitane,but the wellness conditions is not for this big brand. End of story we ask our money back and i admitted i am choosing a wrong place to relax in my birthday.

The Staff (10/10) The absolute highlight of our stay was the staff. They are a 10/10 team friendly with great personalities. ​Cleanliness & Facilities (6/10) The cleanliness was inconsistent. During the busy days, the high traffic seemed to overwhelm the cleaning schedule. We noticed hallways were often left unvacuumed or wet, and the elevator frequently had food spills and wet patches on the floor. However, once the crowds thinned out, the maintenance improved significantly. ​In the room: ​The Good: The room itself was impressively clean, and the furniture felt relatively modern and well-kept. ​The Bad: The towels, while appearing clean, had an unpleasant lingering smell. More importantly, the hairdryer was dirty and felt like it was overdue for a replacement. ​Dining & Breakfast (7/10) The food experience was a bit of a mixed bag: ​Breakfast: The variety was quite limited and lacked local character. It would be a wonderful addition to see freshly baked local specialties like bureks on the menu. ​Drinks: The coffee and tea service needs a major upgrade. The coffee machine produced poor-tasting coffee, and as a tea lover, I wasn't able to enjoy a single cup of "real" tea during my stay. It currently feels very basic and lacks a "fancy" resort touch. ​Dinner: The selection was limited, but considering the secluded location and the lack of nearby dining facilities, it remains a convenient and necessary option.
