Everything went well from booking via email to check out including early breakfast. One improvement could be the AC as it is quite noisy. Howeversince it was not very warm we were able to use it as it's minimum

For its many good qualities, the room was overly hot and with no movement of air. The air-conditioning did not work or did not work sufficiently to alleviate breathing. It was impossible to bring the t below 20degrees. It was uncomfortable for someone with asthma as breathing through the night was difficult. When asked, a member of staff came to look at the dial in the room, but was unable to do much. She also looked displeased at being asked.

It seems almost brand new. Located close to the city center by walk or by bus. Staff is friendly. WiFi works well. What I didn't like is very little space to keep your clothes - in a double room there is no wardrobe, just 4 or 5 hangers on a pipe. There is also no coffee/tea/water and no fridge. The sockets are located weirdly above back of a bed in a way that you can fit in USB cable, but not the whole charger.

We stayed there with a baby and it was perfect that our room was soundproof. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed staying there. Breakfast was very tasty and there was good variety of food to eat. Coffee tasted very good. I would recommend for hotel to have portable kettles, so families could ask them from reception in to the room if needed, because it wasn't very comfortable to get hot water for baby food from machine downstairs (we stayed at 6th floor).

First night there was no warm water. To our little 4 years old taking a cold shower was not a pleasant experience. When I went to reseption to ask about it, there was a text saying that they are doing maintenance. Would have been nice to know this beforehand so we could have chosen different hotel. We also ate at the restaurant of the hotel, waiter might have been a robot, no any kinds of emotions or smiles seen. Had to seperately ask for kids menu. Waiter found it after some searching. Room was nice and the food on the al la carte was delicious. Food on the breakfast was good, but not the best I have had.

This was my second visit to your hotel; the first was in 2019. When booking, I requested a quiet room, preferably facing the courtyard. Unfortunately, I was given one on the side, overlooking the parking lot. It was probably better than one facing the street, but still very noisy. My stay lasted four nights. I asked at reception every day if it was possible to move to a room facing the courtyard, as I'm a very light sleeper. Unfortunately, this wasn't possible until the last, fourth night. My stay was therefore not comfortable. I rate the hotel very highly; the service is excellent, and so is the breakfast (except for the scrambled eggs!), but the outside noise in rooms away from the courtyard is significant for guests like me.

Nice location. Basic good breakfast. Restaurant food was amazing. Staff was very nice. Free coffee and tea for guests was huge plus! Only negative thing was that the room was very hot, aircondition was very poor or didnt work properly.
