My family and i had a wonderful stay in Fairmont la marina Raba Salé. Everything was excellent. The hotel is very clean, modern, luxury and comfortable. The view is just breathtaking. The food is delicious. The service and the staff are the best. Thanks to Ismail, Adam, Ezzouhra, Rofayda, Mohsine, Hassan, Rabie, Kawtar, Halima, Redouane and Jamila. You made my stay very enjoyable and fantastic ❤️.

My family recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The property is beautiful, the room made the stay even more comfortable. What truly made my visit memorable, however, was the outstanding service provided by the staff. I would like to thank Rufaida for such a warm and welcoming check-in experience. Additionally, Jaffar and Muhammed from the concierge team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, offering fantastic recommendations and assisting with all of my arrangements seamlessly. Their hospitality truly elevated my experience, and I hope to visit again soon!

We had an absolutely amazing stay and would happily return. From the moment we arrived, we received a genuinely warm welcome. The hotel is beautiful, but what really made our experience special was the staff. The level of service, friendliness and attention shown to our family, especially our children, was exceptional. Reception & Guest Experience A special thank you to Aziz and Yacine Ikene, who were top class — professional, welcoming and very engaging throughout our stay. Sophie Ngo Yede was extremely organised, pleasant and always helpful. A very special mention must go to Jamila El Abiad 👏. She was truly exceptional and played a huge part in making our stay so memorable. Our children absolutely loved her, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. Whenever something needed attention, she dealt with it correctly and professionally. She is a real credit to the hotel. Breakfast & Kitchen Breakfast was excellent, with a fabulous range and a very high standard of food. The entire breakfast team deserves praise. Mohammed El Allali was extremely well organised and had a great sense of urgency when something needed to be done. He was attentive and made sure things were handled quickly. Ahrarach Laila was wonderful with our children and had a lovely way of interacting with them. Khadija was also excellent, and the breakfast food was always very well prepared and presented. One small area that could be improved is the tea service, which could occasionally be a little slow during busy periods. This is minor compared with the overall excellent breakfast experience. Kids Club – The Gem of the Hotel 💎 For our family, the Kids Club was genuinely one of the gems of the hotel. A huge thank you to Meryem IMZUKENE and KHADIJA BANNOUR. They were wonderful hosts — incredibly caring, loving and attentive with the children. As parents, it gives you great confidence when you can see that the people looking after your children genuinely care about them. Our children loved spending time there, and this was one of the highlights of their holiday. One suggestion would be regarding the consent forms. Having to complete a new form each day felt a little tedious. It may be easier for families to state the length of their stay and complete one consent form covering that entire period, unless any details change. Security & Outdoor Team The security and outdoor staff were also excellent — friendly, helpful and particularly engaging with the children. Special thanks to Samir, Bono and Oukain for their great service and attitude. A Few Suggestions for an Already Excellent Hotel These points are not intended as negatives, but as constructive feedback that I believe could make an already excellent hotel even better. During busy periods, there do not appear to be enough deck chairs around the swimming pool. My most important feedback, however, concerns smoking. We are visiting from Scotland in the UK, where indoor smoking has been banned for many years and smoking is generally restricted to designated outdoor areas. I completely appreciate that attitudes and regulations around smoking in Morocco are different. However, this hotel positions itself as a very high-quality, family-friendly destination, and I believe Fairmont has an opportunity to lead the way by introducing a stronger non-smoking policy, particularly in indoor and family areas. With so many families and young children staying at the hotel, designated smoking areas away from children and the main family spaces would, in my opinion, significantly improve the experience. This isn't intended as criticism of Morocco or smokers. It is simply about creating the best possible environment for families and children. A premium international hotel such as Fairmont could set a very positive example in this area. Overall, though, our experience was truly 5-star. The quality of the hotel was excellent, the breakfast was fantastic, the Kids Club was outstanding, and most importantly, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. There are many beautiful hotels, but it is the people who make you want to return — and the team here certainly achieved that. We would absolutely come back and would highly recommend this hotel, particularly to families travelling with children. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great staying experience, with very helpful and friendly staff members

The hot water did not work (nothing came out, tried washing bassin, shower, bath), i called reception, they would send maintenance. After having it open for 10 minutes the warm water started to flow (no maintenance arrived yet so I called reception it was no longer needed). Also, it seems we were situated below a live performance as the music was quite loud (we were trying to sleep as we had to get up next morning 4am to leave to airport). If it would be a 3 or 4 star hotel and lower price it would be acceptable for for a 4/5 star hotel charging 300 USD per night I did not find it good value. The people at reception and concierge btw were very helpful/friendly.

I found the experience fantastic. Everything about the hotel is well thought out and nothing is left to chance. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was magnificent and the pool and spa were fantastic. We had breakfast and dinner there too. Will definetely visit again.

Our stay at the Fairmont La Marina in Rabat-Sale was one of the most memorable experiences we have had on holiday. The staff and facilities at the hotel are simply amazing ! My wife and I were truly pampered and fussed over by all the staff and everyone gave us their best attention. Whilst I cannot remember every name, I would like to express gratitude to the following who went the extra mile : Duty Manager, Tarik, who was able to accommodate a late check out. Guest relations - Rofayda - she went out of her way to make sure our stay was enjoyable, adopting us as family and making sure that we were well looked after. Food and Beaverage Director - Gaelle - such a wonderful and warm hearted person who personally saw to it that the dining experience and our stay in general was incredible. Her leadership reflected in all the staff in the four restaurants in the hotel. Head Concierge - Jaafar who looked after our travel arrangements to and from Rabat inclusive of tips on how better to get around the city, what to visit and where to get various services and things. Head Chef - Khadijha made breakfast an occasion to look forward to and paid personal attention to our needs. The personal attention given by the above mentioned managers reflected in all the staff - everyone giving their best - too many to name but some highlights were Yves at breakfast and Bilal, Imane and Aya at Le Deck. Also a big shout out to the Lifeguards at the pool - both were extremely helpful although I only managed to catch one of their name’s, Marouane. The spa staff were also amazing - had the best hammam and massage ever ! Will definitely be returning for another amazing holiday !

Jaafar at Concierge desk was professional and organized my transportation and a city tour of Rabat. Had a great experience at Dahlia restaurant, where Amal and Yassine shown great customer service skills. The lamb tajine was delicious. Great hotel.
