The only thing that I would suggest an improvement is the Level 15 club lounge. Not enough selection here in terms of snacks and times are very limited.

We were basically in transit, so being near the airport was nice, and with the proximity to Hong Kong Disneyland we managed to squeeze in a visit there. The many food options in the City Gate centre were a bonus.
Not that we needed much from the staff, but being able to borrow plug adaptors, quickly and with a smile, as very nice. Would certainly recommend the Silveri.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. It is conveniently located not far from the airport, with only a short taxi ride needed. The hotel concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation, which made the journey smooth and hassle-free. It is definitely a great choice for travellers catching an early morning flight. The staff throughout the stay were attentive, friendly and helpful. Special mention to Ms. Edith for her excellent hospitality and warm service.
The room was spacious, clean and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic and clean lines. I especially loved the Malin & Goetz toiletries provided in the room. Another nice touch was the Japanese-style toilet bowl, which added extra comfort to the stay. The hotel also has a lovely signature scent that creates a welcoming atmosphere the moment you walk into the lobby. Citygate mall being directly connected to the hotel was another big plus, making dining and shopping very convenient.
One personal preference was that I did not particularly like the scent of the laundry detergent used for the bedsheet. I also feel the breakfast spread could offer a wider variety of selections. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay and excellent service.

I had a pleasant stay at your hotel and truly appreciate the excellent location and overall convenience. I would like to take this opportunity to share some feedback from my recent experience, with the intention of supporting continuous improvement, especially in line with the standards of an MGallery 5 star property.
Please rest assured that my comments are shared from a positive and professional perspective, as a fellow hotelier, and not as a complaint.
Arrival Experience
Upon arrival, there were two Heartists at the check-in counter (one appearing to be more senior). While the process was efficient, there was limited personal engagement. Simple gestures such as asking about the journey or the guest’s day would help create a warmer first impression and connection, particularly as I was the only guest at that time.
There was a strong focus on the computer during the interaction. I fully understand operational requirements; however, even a few seconds of eye contact and conversation would significantly enhance the guest experience. As a senior team member, this also sets an important example for the team.
Heartist Rate Recognition
I had booked under the Heartist rate however, it seemed this was not recognized during check-in, and I needed to present my E-Heartist card. This may be an area to review for smoother internal recognition.
Deposit Handling
I stay 5 nights. There was a discrepancy in the deposit amount. I was informed it would be HKD 800 per night, but HKD 5,000 was charged instead. I later contacted the team to have this corrected. This may benefit from an additional verification step during check-in.
Housekeeping
On the second and third days, fresh towels were not replenished after room servicing, and I needed to call to request them. The service returned to normal on subsequent days.
Departure Experience
During check-out, while the process was smooth, there was an opportunity to enhance service by offering assistance with luggage or inquiring about transportation to the airport. These small touches can leave a lasting final impression.
Once again, please do not get me wrong, my expectations were not for special treatment, but rather for the consistent delivery of fundamental service standards that are common across our industry.

Moving the ground floor free hourly bus to the airport to Novotel Citygate has downgraded my estimation of the premium positioning of the Silveri. Imagine you got four bags you have to take 600 meters through a mall using lifts and escalators. Every blind walking divet on the ground that impedes this impossibility is a reminder of this tragic decision to make loyal customers suffer and work up an unnecessary sweat. Please restore the service. How hard would it be to service both locations with the one bus service since both hotels are owned by the same group
