A true reflection on what Raffles can actually do. Perfect at every turn. Amazing staff, helpful and welcoming especially Emma, Jimmy and Crystal not only knowledgeable with their food and beverage experiences but they also helped us in communication because we don’t speak Chinese. The rest of the staff were amazing and made us feel comfortable and at home. We can’t thank you all enough. The hotel itself was beyond perfect and excellent at every point. Immaculate in every way. We were blown away by just how good it was. See you next year in January for a repeat experience.

The hotel was brand new with beautiful large rooms. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel very welcome and by the time we checked out on day 4, they were like our friends. As we haven't been back to SZ for a long time, we had so many questions navigating the city, the staff was incredibly patient helping us always. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back next year.
