A true reflection on what Raffles can actually do. Perfect at every turn. Amazing staff, helpful and welcoming especially Emma, Jimmy and Crystal not only knowledgeable with their food and beverage experiences but they also helped us in communication because we don’t speak Chinese. The rest of the staff were amazing and made us feel comfortable and at home. We can’t thank you all enough. The hotel itself was beyond perfect and excellent at every point. Immaculate in every way.
