A short business trip to Shenzhen was made as comfortable and pleasant as possible by hotel staff. Jade, in particular, was extremely friendly and helpful and definitely made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was spacious and well furnished and there was nothing to fault during my stay. I hope I can stay again.

During my stay, there were two issues happened. The egg Benedict I have ordered was given to somebody else and I ended up not having my complete breakfast. The F&B service standard need improving. The second issue was that my room wasn’t cleaned and made during one evening I went back to my room.

Spacious rooms, attentive and high service standards. Hotel rooms are situated 40-50 floors above street level which provide panoramic views of the bay and Shekou city area.

My wife booked raffles for our 2nd anniversary. We had a fantastic stay. The hotel called us a few days before we arrived to ask us if we needed anything. When we arrived we had roses on the bed and wine in the room. We were given treats as well to celebrate. The food was delicious and the spa massage was very relaxing. The room was beautiful with a great view of the ocean.

This is the only place other than home that makes me feel like at home. I agree with the saying that To have been young and had a room at Raffles were life at its best . So that is the reason why I come back here again and again. To be honest to say , I experienced “a new height “with Raffles Shenzhen .Charming view , fantastic location , kind staff as family. Thanks Raffles Ambassador jade,Butler Aaliyah , Marie and Qian and Laundry room Linda who made a cloth with my name for the toy .

Was happy with the service. Friendly staff. Welcome amenities (gift) due to membership were considered good-great. Hotel facilities cannot find any issues. Bed was comfortable. Though a small thing i would like to know when 2 people are staying in the room why only 1 side of the bed is prepared for the turn down service. Maybe the TV could allow a slightly louder volume as some programs were a bit quiet. Bath tub in the room was much appreciated, does the hotel provide bubble bath liquid?If there is a family reason and promotion on Accor we may book again considering we already live in Shenzhen. Overall a very happy stay. Hoping that may Accor will allow Raffles suites in the future to be used for suite upgrades for their diamond and platinum members if a certain room type is booked.
