Reception were fantastic. Room was comfortable. Room service was a let down. Ordered ham and pineapple pizza. Base was soggy and not a scrap of ham to be found. Also ordered the pasta. Sauce was meant to be something with walnuts (as per menu ) but something else ???? turned up instead. Pasta was bits and pieces of broken up spaghetti and fetuccini. Perhaps leftovers???? And spicy. Whoa!!. Anyhow, it was not on the menu. Food was left largely uneaten. Checking out I was not charged for the pizza which was a welcome gesture. Oh, and I couldn't figure out how to get the tv on but that's a small thing. I'll be staying there again on 14/7/26 but I won't be risking room service this time. Cheers
