I was disappointed to find that the rooms aren’t serviced every couple of days but are limited to 7 days stay only. I was very sick in my Hotel roomed due to influenza A and had to ask for a service on the fifth day. The reception was reluctant until I explained my situation and I was given a service. That would be my only complaint, otherwise the room was very clean and well appointed.

I booked through the Qantas website. I always stay at Pandanas when I’m in Darwin. Due to personal reasons I was unable to come to Darwin and the hotel wouldn’t even allow me to change the date or get a credit. So it was over $500 down the drain. Extremely disappointed.

Lifts and hallways smelly, rooms bereft of style. Hallways light grey drab and smelling of pet urine. If you’re accustomed to staying in hotels, stay in a hotel, this place feels and smells like a run down serviced apartment in need of direction.
