Overall experience was satisfactory for a 3* Hotel. Pros-The location was good. The room was a good size with a good bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. Cons- Signs of wear in the common area carpets in lift and room entry areas, hot water ran out, One of the 2 outdoor furniture chairs was damaged and completely unusable (reported to front desk and they said they knew that and was ordering more- strange response-maybe remove the hazard), pool was freezing, no daily room services- we had 1 in 7 days. Overall we enjoyed our stay but was hoping for a bit better for the price.
