Reception lovely, bed super comfortable, spotlessly clean and felt very safe as a solo traveller.

The hallway smelled like cigarette, and the shower doesn’t drain properly so the water goes in the bathroom floor. The shower was also very noisy. Staff was friendly.

I stayed well. But i think facilities below Accor standards.

BOTTLED WATER IS THE BASIC AND SHOULD BE PROVIDED, A LIST OF CHANNELS FOR TV TO BE GIVEN, WERE UNDER IMPRESSION ROOM BINS WOULD BE EMPTIED DAILY, AND COFFE AND MILK ALSO REPLACED, UNDERSTAND LINEN WAS TOLD ONLY BE CHANGED ONCE IN 7 DAYS AND SO WERE BATH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS SHOULD BE REPLACED MORE REGULARLY. HOTEL SHOWN AS 4 STAR, BUT THIS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED TO ME IT WAS JUST BETWEEN 2 STAR AND THREE STAR. I HAVE STAYED ALL OVER THE WORLD IN 4 STAR HOTELS INCLUDING EAST AFRICA MAURITUS, TANZANIA, KEN YA, UGANDA SERVICES ARE WELL ABOVE THIS HOTEL. RECEPTION STAFF NOT TRAINED WELL. TO CONCLUDE DOLLY, RIZIK AND GAUTAM WERE EXCEPTIONAL SENIOR STAFF AND HELPED US TO ENJOY OUR STAY, WOULD I STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL A BIG ??? NOT FORGETTING ANGEL AND HARIET IN RESTAURANT EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND GOOD PEOPLE. HATS OFF !! MY WIFE HAS MOBILITY ISSUES, HENCE IT WAS DIFFICULT WITH THE LIMITED SERVICES HOTEL PROVIDED CONSIDERING 4 STAR ????????

While we appreciate your positive comments about our location and your kind recognition of Dolly, Rizik, myself, Angel and Hariet, I am genuinely sorry to read that many aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly in relation to housekeeping standards, service consistency, and accessibility support for your wife. Please accept my sincere apologies for the concerns you raised regarding: 1.The cleanliness of the toilet seat and overall bathroom presentation 2.Bins not being emptied and used towels not being collected as requested 3.Lack of replenishment of coffee, milk, sugar and other amenities 4.The absence of bottled water in the room 5.The limited servicing schedule not being clearly communicated 6.The disabled toilet access downstairs not being made available promptly The service experience at Reception, including staff confidence and training Your comments regarding accessibility are especially concerning. We understand how important it is to provide appropriate facilities and timely assistance for guests with mobility challenges, and I regret that we did not provide the level of care and responsiveness that you and your wife deserved. This is not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold. As an apartment-style property, our housekeeping service schedule differs from that of traditional full-service hotels; however, this should always be clearly explained at check-in to avoid misunderstanding. Furthermore, when additional servicing or amenities are requested, these should be actioned promptly. It is clear from your feedback that we fell short in both communication and follow-through. Please be assured that your review has been shared with our Executive Housekeeper and Department Heads. We are currently reinforcing training with our Reception and Housekeeping teams to ensure improved product knowledge, service confidence, and proactive problem resolution. Guest concerns should never be left unresolved or escalated unnecessarily without ownership.
