Dear Ms B., Thank you for taking the time to provide detailed feedback following your recent stay with us. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet expectations, particularly in relation to room cleanliness, servicing during your stay, facilities, and overall upkeep of the property. We understand how disappointing it would have been to stay multiple nights without room servicing, fresh towels, or adequate amenities, and we regret the inconvenience this caused. Your comments regarding the condition of the gym, the absence of towels and media facilities, slow restaurant service, and breakfast quality have been noted and shared with the relevant department heads for immediate review. We are also concerned to learn about the unpleasant odour in the hallways and public areas, and this has been escalated to our maintenance and housekeeping teams for corrective action.
