I booked an apartment through Booking.com, not directly with your property. Unfortunately that apartment was not clean (to such an extent I couldn't stay/ really not good and I've submitted refund request). A friend is a resident at your property and I wanted to stay in the building, and he suggested I check with reception if there was a room available. Your staff were friendly, helpful, efficient, professional - all the good adjectives! I was disappointed in the pool - didn't expect much sun but there wasn't any when I went. Also the lift opens to what looks like an empty office space which made me wonder if I was on the right floor - maybe you could put tissue paper over the glass so it doesn't look so bad? The toilets/ change room was hot and humid and bit musty smelling - it didn't seem to have any aircon? I didn't realise how much would be closed over the long weekend eg., the restaurant/ cafe, so that was frustrating.

Hi Terence, Theo Here. Hope your well. The service is slipping a little. Previous stays as a Gold Member i would receive a welcome card and Muesli Bars and water. This time didnt receive a thing. No washing Powder. Had to go downstairs myself and retrieve. On a positive note the new Coffee was exceptional.
