It was nice and clean and staff were lovely, lifts were reliable, pool was nice but perhaps a little "clinical" could do with more of a "vibe".

I enjoy staying at the Mantra Pandanas and have been staring here when in Darwin since just after it was built in the early 2000’s. Comfortable rooms, great location, value, and great staff on the Accor reservation side as well as the in-site team. I did have a maintenance issue that the Hotel was unable to resolve in 2-3 weeks time however (the light over my cook-top went non-operational after it blew when I turned it on one night. Lastly, my long term stay reservation seemed to indicate that parking (if needed) would be charged at 15/day or 30/week, but after I returns home from my most recent trip and was reviewing the emailed receipt. I think that they accidentally charged me 15/day. I will. Heck with them when I return mid January. When in Darwin, I will pretty much always stay here as it is very comfortable and has everything I need. Thank you.
