BOTTLED WATER IS THE BASIC AND SHOULD BE PROVIDED, A LIST OF CHANNELS FOR TV TO BE GIVEN, WERE UNDER IMPRESSION ROOM BINS WOULD BE EMPTIED DAILY, AND COFFE AND MILK ALSO REPLACED, UNDERSTAND LINEN WAS TOLD ONLY BE CHANGED ONCE IN 7 DAYS AND SO WERE BATH TOWELS, BATH TOWELS SHOULD BE REPLACED MORE REGULARLY. HOTEL SHOWN AS 4 STAR, BUT THIS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED TO ME IT WAS JUST BETWEEN 2 STAR AND THREE STAR. I HAVE STAYED ALL OVER THE WORLD IN 4 STAR HOTELS INCLUDING EAST AFRICA MAURITUS, TANZANIA, KEN YA, UGANDA SERVICES ARE WELL ABOVE THIS HOTEL. RECEPTION STAFF NOT TRAINED WELL. TO CONCLUDE DOLLY, RIZIK AND GAUTAM WERE EXCEPTIONAL SENIOR STAFF AND HELPED US TO ENJOY OUR STAY, WOULD I STAY AGAIN IN THIS HOTEL A BIG ??? NOT FORGETTING ANGEL AND HARIET IN RESTAURANT EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND GOOD PEOPLE. HATS OFF !! MY WIFE HAS MOBILITY ISSUES, HENCE IT WAS DIFFICULT WITH THE LIMITED SERVICES HOTEL PROVIDED CONSIDERING 4 STAR ????????

I have stayed at this hotel on and off for over a decade (actually, probably a lot longer than that). The condition of the hotel is pretty disappointing now and I don't think I'll return. A few reasons that spring to mind are: 1. the staff turn a blind eye to homeless people wandering in off the street and using the bathroom facilities. I ran into one of these on level 1, when I had parked my car and was jumping into the lift. They were there and scared the living daylights out of me by trying to get in the lift with me. 2. The apartment I stayed in was pretty dirty - the fabric chair & lounge needed a deep clean; I didn't even want to touch them as they looked horribly dirty, especially when the sun was shining directly on them. 3. No housekeeping - no fresh towels, no top-ups of detergent, or anything for the entire week I was there!! Way to go in trying to save money at a hotel by not offering for anyone to service the room for a guest. What a very disappointing experience. On a positive note, the cafe downstairs has good coffee, and the chef made excellent omelette's for breakfast.

After 2 previous stays, I thought this place may have improved..... Joke was on me I guess. No dehumidifier in my room, Air Conditioner DOES NOT go below 22 degrees, hot water in the shower only lasts literally 4 minutes, the rooms smell terrible, there was evidence of black mold, broken tiles on the balcony. The ONLY good thing about this place was that the pool was open for this visit. I had to leave early, as this was a business trip, and am still trying to sort out a refund for the early checkout. I have not had any responses to my emails and have tried calling the hotel directly with no success. Hands down, DO NOT recommend this place!
