Receiving toppers in the incorrect size was frustrating enough, but finding blood on one is completely unacceptable. I understand how disappointing this must have been, particularly when you ultimately had to purchase your own topper to make the bed comfortable. I am also sorry that the room provided did not match the king room you had booked. While I appreciate that you found the apartment itself pleasant, you should have received clear communication regarding the room type and, importantly, the bed configuration you had booked. Having to repeatedly return to reception to access the floors of other members of your group would have been particularly frustrating during a week-long stay. I am also sorry to hear about the limited hot water during your shower. We also appreciate your comments regarding the Saturday night noise and the balcony seating. We recognise that our central Darwin location can result in increased noise from the surrounding nightlife, particularly on weekends, and we are sorry this affected your comfort.
