While I am pleased to hear you appreciated our convenient location, the helpfulness of some of our staff, and aspects of the bathroom facilities, I am sincerely sorry that many elements of your stay did not meet expectations. Please accept our apologies for the condition of the room and the maintenance concerns you experienced, particularly regarding the mould odour from the air conditioning units, the fridge performance, kitchen equipment, housekeeping inconsistencies, and overall room presentation. Your comments are extremely concerning and have been shared directly with our maintenance, housekeeping, and management teams for immediate review and follow-up. I also regret the inconvenience caused regarding your parking arrangement at check-out. We understand how frustrating it is to have to repeat or clarify booking inclusions, especially during a business stay, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can reinforce better booking verification procedures with our team. Additionally, your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi reliability, gym and pool facilities, and your dining experience at Table Forty-Three has been noted and shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement. We also appreciate you raising your observations regarding activity around the lobby area.
