Sadly, the adjacent room to mine reeked of cigarette / cigar smoke which is very of putting for an ex smoker with ash clearly visible on the balcony. I also had an unfortunate event in F&B and the parmi was not thoroughly cooked (raw in middle) which was only identified after consuming a few bites. While the same meal was offered as replacement, i think the meal should have been offered complimentary for being served and eating raw chicken ion a work trip.
