Surprised by the location but disappointed by the room. Advertised as an apartment with kitchen but poorly equipped and with too many issues that maintenance/ room keep should've reported. We had 4 room booked and only mine had an air dryer which explained the very heavy mould smell. The room had a 2 burner stove top and a full size dishwasher below it - guess what oven was missing! Then the fridge was a tiny bar fridge that was full of ice and did not cool down! Had food go off in it a few times... Took it a whole week to freeze 0.25 L of water for my cool bag. Both AC units were ok until you turn them off - mould stench coming form them for 20-30 min after turn on. Provided cookware was dirty and cutlery not enough... Bathroom was good, water flow on the waterfall shower was ample and perfect for a relaxing shower after a long day. Clogged bathroom sink was sorted out on second Wednesday upon my request. Dryer good, washing machine aged, noisy but it did its job every time. Dis ran out of shower gel in 1st week. House keeping missed my room in 1st Wednesday (picked Wednesdays for the housekeeping) had to call to put my room in cleaning list the 2nd Tuesday. I was offered a change of room for a much lower level smelter room with less space and a disabled bathroom - with a very mouldy shower curtain... I refused as I used Glen 20 in my room to kill the smell. Staff was good. At checkout I was asked to pay for parking even though my booking includes authorisation for the parking. Staff was kind enough to wave it upon me mentioning the fridge needs replacing... It was on the booking as confirmed by the check-in staff...

Additionally, your feedback regarding the Wi-Fi reliability, gym and pool facilities, and your dining experience at Table Forty-Three has been noted and shared with the relevant departments for review and improvement.
