Disappointed....no free airport bus anymore and no luggage trolleys available AND no support to bring luggage to the room or down.

I booked two rooms for 22nd and 28th, and then booked an extra night for both rooms for the 29th. When we returned for 28th it was room service only but I had booked buffet breakfast for 3. We could not get this of course as arrangements had changed (restaurants closed and room service only). So I am out of pocket for 3 buffet breakfasts. I will be back - can you make a credit for me please. Also, I started ringing the mecure restaurant just before 2100hrs (28th) and rang a number of times through to 2123hrs - no answer. I then rang reception and they told me that both in-house and mecure restaurants were closed. The specially prepared menus clearly said open until 2200hrs. I was trying to order food so I could reheat the next morning prior to my flight as Qantas had stopped their meal service and the timing of the flight meant I could not order a meal from the restaurant that morning. Of course, there is no food on offer at the airport (and continental breakfast will not sustain one until 1800hrs). People are dependent on the room service, so you should amend the menus asap before someone else. I will be back. Can you please respond to the above.

Customer service was the best attribute, the room was decent (bar fridge Was too small for the duration of our stay) and no complimentary water was supplied at this hotel, the beds while feeling like good quality personally were uncomfortable due to the pillow top. The air conditioning seemed to struggle at times to keep the room cool (filters were very dirty) and the restaurants wouldn’t deliver to your room for free, The tv could have been a little larger, besides these points the room was of a quite large size, and were clean, there was hot water and water pressure was good, all linen was of a good quality, the only other things I should mention would be the fact the hotel seemed to have a lot of people in covid-19 isolation, and my hallway had a lot of patch repairs that had only been half fixed (needed painting) To make the room great a kitchen including stove and normal size fridge instead of a second bed would have been amazing
