Poor maintenance

This stay was quite bad. The room stank, I had to leave the door open to try and clear the smell until I went to bed. The Shower arm was split and water was spraying over the top of the shower screen. I used a washer to cover the break and keep the water in the shower area - reported this to service desk on check out. The google streaming device did not work either. I tried from my Ipad and Iphone. Overall was a pretty poor stay. Staff are always lovely though.

Never stay here , front reception are incompetent and rude , the worst - my mother was staying in the adjoining hotel at the Mercure , never has soo much miscommunication in regards to parking, obviously they will try ANYTHING for a quick buck - Watch out!!

Overnight stays on my way to and from overseas. Hotel is within walking distance of the airport terminal. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.
