Good hotel facilities, food and friendly staff. The only complaint is that the check in process can take time, I have been numerous times this year and had long waits in humid weather to check in at times.

Easy walk across DRW airport parking lot to this hotel. It is OK to bring along your luggage cart from the airport to the hote. Hotel keeps airport luggage carts on hand so easy to do the reverse walk back to the airport with lots of luggage. Friendly staff are helpful and courteous. Hotel offers convenient late check-out for a fee. One bed queen room was OK but I had to change rooms when I added a night and upgraded to a double queen bed room with balcony and view of the new pool and the room was much nicer. The pool and kids water play areas are outstanding. Too bad the water is heated as it is so hot and humid already. It would have been a more refreshing swim in cooler water. The pool is 57m long! Fantastic for lap swimming and playing around and relaxing after a long flight. Pool deck is swank with lots of nice areas to rest. There is a nice poolside bar with food. Highly recommend the smoked salmon wrap. Adjacent to the hotel is the Gurambai Clutural Trail along Gurambai (Rapid) Creek. Great fun for nature hike and fun birdwatching walk. HIghly recommend and would stay again.

Unfortunately I hardly got any sleep as the couple in the room next to me were very noisy with their overnight bedroom activity
