The room was really run down, no pictures on the walls. No table so if you ordered room service you would have to eat it on the bed but there was a plastic chair 😔 The fan on the ceiling rattled and was very loose it looked like it was going to fall down. The room did not meet the standards of the Novotel name. The entry and hallways were very nice and then you entered your room.

The hotel staff are nice, gym is well equipped, room was clean. Third time I have stayed here, left sick for a second time. Room smelt musty/mouldy (no visible mould but prior water damage visible under aircon unit). Every time I returned to the room after being out, it smelt the same. After 3 days I started to develop a respiratory illness similar to my last stay at the Novotel.

Amazing beds, great shower, clean room and nice view of the pool. We couldn't get the TV to work properly and couldn't click on Netflix to login to our account. We could only access normal channels which was disappointing but otherwise the room was great. Food was great but pricey. Was really disappointing to see shoeless locals shouting to each other in the lobby and in the hallways by the rooms, rather than speaking at a regular voice level as would be expected in a 4 star hotel. This has put me off staying again.

Really enjoyed our short stay at Darwin Airport Novotel. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. The best feature was the huge pool and spas. Very well maintained and plenty of space.
