Facilities are lovely - rooms dated and old yucky bathrooms. Staff are most a miss. Invest in competent customer oriented staff. It was the same as last year. Call reception and expect to not get an answer or wait 10 minutes at least.

There was a little confusion when I arrived as to where the booking was that my company had paid for on this occasion. I was initially placed in a very basic room with workmen drilling loudly outside. I came back to reception and was assisted by receptionist Ali. He quickly recognised my status and had a beautiful suite ready for me within a few minutes. He even made sure I had cold water to sip while I waited, and called up to ensure I had everything I needed. Outstanding service and hospitality from all team including splash bar and the restaurant. Very happy with this stay and I stay here a lot! Super happy! Thanks to the whole team!

Beautiful stay but when I paid for late check out they shouldn't be waiting outside my room to clean it for the next customer, one person even came in with the dnd sign on.

We overnighted at the novotel, due to an early flight , its just 7 mins walk from the airport, and i honestly did not expect the facilities that were on offer , theres a babies pool, a splash park, a playground and a large central pool with all ability access , spa and wet edge, surrounded by cabanas, plenty of pool lounges, and two eating options, i was impressed, room service and staff were amazing , the rooms are clean and confortable. Would definately return

Room wasn’t ready so we were put into a different room . This must have been a wheelchair accessible room. I informed staff that I felt like I was sitting in a hospital room . There was not a painting on the wall or anything inviting in the room , the fridge was leaking and obviously had been that way for some time as the cabinet was also water damaged and the carpet was wet. I feel for people in wheel chairs having to go into a room like this . They already spend enough time in hospitals and think they are getting a nice room in a beautiful hotel for $260 per night . Was very disappointing . Staff were lovely , changed us to a huge very nice room . The pool is amazing and breakfast was great also.all of the staff were amazing but I was so disappointed with that first room . Please send an interior designer to improve it as I was embarrassed as a Territorian for offering this room to anyone . Put a picture on the wall at the very least !

It was overall ok. The pool area, restaurant, breakfast, proximity to airport, and free airport shuttle were fantastic. However, the room was very dated - TV didn't work properly (got Ch7, 9, 10 but no ABC), shower water did not drain away quickly so bathroom was slippery for a long time. The room was therefore a bit dangerous with young children.

I booked the room for four guests, but only received two complimentary bottles of water, two sets of towels, and two sets of pool towels. Additionally, the welcome card placed in our room was addressed to a different guest. As an Accor Gold member, I believe these are basic details that should be properly taken care of, particularly when the booking clearly indicates the number of guests. I also booked a separate room for my sister and brother-in-law, and they did not receive any complimentary bottled water at all. Could you please clarify whether this is the expected service standard for Accor Gold members? Also, I accidentally left some packed food in the fridge. I would have appreciated a quick call from the hotel to let me know that I had left something behind after housekeeping had cleaned the room. This would have given me the opportunity to return and collect it.
