A very good experience, the restaurants and bar are appealing alongside the amazing pool area with very good dining options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the overall service was excellent.

upon check-in on the friday, as i immediately entered my room i was hit with the smell of warm sewage coming from the bathroom. this smell stuck around for the duration of my three day, two nights stay. on the saturday, i was locked out of my room, for roughly 30 minutes. i was not notified my room was accessible again and took a guess at 30 minutes and again had access to my room. roughly 2 and a half hours upon gaining access again to my room i was attempting to put my 2 year old down for a nap when i got a knock at my door and with only having heard “maintenance” the door opened… saying he was told to come fix my door again. imagine if i was showering ?! that left me deeply uncomfortable. this was my first time staying at the novotel side, usually i stay at the mecure. i can safely say this will also be my last time staying at the novotel.
