Overall, this was a disappointing experience and I’m not satisfied with my stay. 1.The fridge was not stocked with water as expected. 2.There was no toothbrush provided — only a shower cap in the bathroom, and the conditioner bottle was empty. 3. While I was at the pool, the bar staff overcharged me $36 instead of $26. I understand mistakes happen and I appreciate that the refund was processed, but it shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. On top of that, the furniture/finishings on one of the walls are in poor condition. I have a photo showing the issue, and it looks unacceptable for what I paid. This felt like I was paying for a low-quality room and service, and I would appreciate this being addressed.

Just an overnight stay but clean and comfortable. Staff even arranged a later check out due to afternoon flight departure.

Was comfortable. The shower door needs repair or replacement, the water pressure in the shower is average at best. The ironing board cover is cheap so the iron imprints the metal frame of the board into your clothes.
