No hot water in room for the third time in a row. Have reported to desk staff each time. Beggininh to be a frustrating experience as more often than not there are maintenance issues with the rooms, (next door at Mercure also). Myself and our employees stay here regularly for work travel.

Few negatives unfortunately. The number of flies in the breakfast buffet was disgusting and off putting. Our tv did not work and took 3 phone calls over 2 days before we were moved to a room with working tv. Kids screaming in the room near us and playing in the hallway for over 2 hours, nothing was done about this till after 10pm. Very confusing directions when checking in but i think the lady was new or just nervous. Good food nice pool but will be staying elsewhere next time
