The rooms were grubby and service was less than expected. For example our room with two adults has only one mug and it’s a little off to share a cup of tea. We asked three times over two days for a second mug for our room but it never eventuated. This is very much how our stay was over all unfortunately.We also never received our “Welcome Drinks”. Yes my wife did not present the QR code when ordering them, however, on check out the attendant refused to remedy the situation. Seriously for two drinks?
