A much better improvement from my last visit, I don’t know if that has anything to do with me joining Accor membership . But this time service and room was great. Although the room had a damp smell going into day 2

The staff were really lovely and welcoming and helpful with information. The parking was good value at $13 for an undercover park or the offer of $9 in secure outdoor parking. The room was a good size with a small table and 2 chairs in the corner to sit and work or eat. The bathroom was clean, however the shower was very small (standard twin room) with a shower curtain instead of glass door.

Very disappointing for a local family of 6. Overpriced for one night stay

Dear Mr K., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused by the delay in your room availability, particularly after booking well in advance and travelling with your family. I completely understand how upsetting it would have been to experience extended waiting times and for one of the rooms to not be ready until much later in the evening. I am also sorry to hear the condition of the rooms, including the leaking balcony and weathered ceiling panels, did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding room presentation, cleanliness, and overall value have been shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing improvement works throughout the property. While I understand a late check-out was arranged during your stay, I appreciate this did not fully recover your overall experience. Thank you again for your honest feedback, as it helps us identify the areas requiring the most attention and improvement.
