Staff were lovely. Have always enjoyed staying at this hotel and the atmosphere. So glad it is having an upgrade bit hope the atrium greenery stays

Lack of staff. Had to eat in the bar except for breakfast. Swimming pool closed . Pneumatic drills digging up the stairs outside the restaurant during breakfast. A Maid woke us up at 8am while we were asleep after letting herself into our room without knocking. Very loud airconditioning Basically told to be out by 10am on checkout day as there will be no lifts and no air conditioning. We were looking forward to a late check out. We are Accor plus and this stay was very poor value for money. (no discount offered)

Easy access in & out of CBD and all with nice clean rooms with everything required. Walking distance to Parks & Restaurants. Good in house Restaurant with quite a few options and bar also well appointed. Staff all friendly & helpful
