One person is working check-in at the peak early afternoon check-in time. Waited about 5-10 mins. Lovely front desk people throughout the stay. Lobby and atrium has a cool retro vibe, but a bit tired maintenance-wise. Breakfast buffet adequate, but the quality of the offerings is similar to an airport business-class lounge, not 5-star hotel quality. Nice service staff at outlets. The room-level carpeting is dull and in need of replacement. Rooms very dated with poor housekeeping. The top shelf of the closet hasn't been wiped down in ages, with visible dirt and a broken hanger left in the corner. The bed sagged a bit - Seems to like it's never been rotated for even wear. One of the few hotels I've stayed in were I didn't want to walk on floor without slippers/socks/shoes on. The only nice thing was the Nespresso machine, but I was hesitant about the cleanliness of the supplied cups. No bottled water supplied.
