Had a great time Outside room and in lift smelt musty

Very pleased with the acknowledgement of Accor status and accommodating my request for an upgrade. This is more important than you know. Also the location and the price are the critical factors which led me to choosing this property. Lastly, rooms that can fit more than 2 adults are also crucial. Also compliments and special thanks to Suri the Balinese receptionist for handling everything on her own with a smile. All the other staff at the hotel were also friendly, including Truyen at the restaurant. I did think that overall the hotel could do with a bit more help to make some aspects of service faster. But overall I was happy because of everything mentioned above. I did wish that we could have got the late check out to 3pm that would have made the stay a 10/10.
