Please accept my sincere apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused by the delay in your room availability, particularly after booking well in advance and travelling with your family. I completely understand how upsetting it would have been to experience extended waiting times and for one of the rooms to not be ready until much later in the evening. I am also sorry to hear the condition of the rooms, including the leaking balcony and weathered ceiling panels, did not meet expectations. Your comments regarding room presentation, cleanliness, and overall value have been shared with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing improvement works throughout the property. While I understand a late check-out was arranged during your stay, I appreciate this did not fully recover your overall experience.
