We had arrived and there was no booking for the date despite confirmation via email from the hotel. This made check in slow whilst the issue was fixed.

Awful, to hard to get service. Poor menu options. Poor quality fit out. Vies of rubbish bins.

The room was very dirty and extremely damp. The bathroom had no exhaust fan, and there were often cockroaches crawling on the floor. Most of the towels were stained. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Unsatisfactory, I have stayed at a couple of Novotel’s recently and they have been disappointing, lack of staff, low level of service, not up to what I would expect from an ACCOR affiliate.
