rooms not clean, 118 smells of mold, 618 A/C did not work so the room was hot. shower doesn't drain, not towels supplied, beds made as doubles and not singles as requested in the booking. No staff available for maintenance on the weekends.

I am sincerely sorry to learn of the numerous issues you experienced during your visit. The cleanliness concerns, mould odour in Room 118, malfunctioning air conditioning in Room 618, drainage issues in the shower, lack of towels, and the bedding configuration not matching your booking request are all unacceptable and do not reflect the standards we strive to deliver. I also understand your frustration regarding the limited availability of maintenance assistance over the weekend. We recognise the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams for immediate review and follow-up. Great stay in our studio I bed. Right in the middle of town so no transport required.

Rooms and facilities are very dated. No onsite restaurant.

Overall, not bad. But I was surprised to learn that the rooms were not serviced daily. Also, the hot water in the shower was very cool, on a touch off cold.
