Stayed a few nights on business, the staff were accommodating, the room was clean and well stocked with amenities. Water and airconditioning was clean and worked well. Very happy with our stay and will return.

Wonderful ocean views, make for spectacular sunsets daily. One Bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable fittings (couch etc). This property literally has the best AC in all of Darwin! Secure underground carparking was a bonus. Only downsides to this property was the lack of any on site restaurant or Cafe (not a deal breaker as Mitchell street is directly behind) and the bed was not very comfortable and rather rock hard fine for one or two nights, but any more than that and you will start to feel it the next day! Also the shower heads, and pressure are not the greatest If your an ALL Silver or Gold Member, you need to ask the staff for the benefits you are entitled to (Welcome Drink & Late Check Out etc, Reception manager did email prior to my stay to ask what welcome drink I would like so they could prepare it, as they have no bar or cafe on site, however this wasn't offered on arrival, and I only remembered on my second last day, and didn't want to hassle the staff), otherwise they will not offer them upon check in or during your stay or include them automatically when making the booking, even through the ALL Accor App!

I requested specific check in check out times……even attached my Qantas flight details shedule aa I stated “to ensure there was no misunderstanding “ When this was not actioned your consultant Jessica responded “I do apologise for missing that very detail” In the end it cost me an extra day prior to my arrival to be able to have early check in …..which I didn’t use because I had no confidence that I wouldn’t be left stranded outside in the early hours because the desk wasn’t manned. I decided to get a later flight so I would arrive later. All this cost me the extra night plus flight change charge……..a costly exercise. Also I ended up using my phone to hot spot wifi because the hotel wifi was not working much of the time and was unstable when it was working.

Close to CBD, Water Front, pubs/night clubs, supermarkets and restaurants. Rooms are tidy and clean. Will come back again next time. It would be good to have more regular room services, we stayed for 6 nights but only have 1 free room service.

First reception staff member with glasses was rude and dismissive to all guests including myself on arrival. We arrived at 2.20pm and our room was not ready until 5pm. Second reception staff member repeatedly pleaded with cleaners to clean our room as we were waiting to no avail. Room aircon not working. Shower head broken. Couch and carpet needs cleaning. Reception staff member from the esplanade (red shirt) repeatedly making loud derogatory and homophobic comments about staff and hotel guest throughout stay. Unprofessional and unwelcoming stay.
