All good, room has all that is needed for a longer stay (kitchen utensils, washing machine etc, bed very comfortable. Also a fantastic view from the balcony.

The hotel was nice and comfortable. Great location. Good to have lockup parking. The only downside is having to go out for dinner which means less time working when you are away on a business trip.

We found the rooms spacious and welcoming. The bathroom is outdated and due for a renovation. The grout in the shower was old and worn out. The shower head isn't a proper shower head, it's a hand held piece. Good water pressure though. The elevators were very handy and clean. Bed was hard, could do with more underlay or the egg carton foam things; they work great. People were very friendly and engaging. The hand written welcome card was a lovely touch.

I've stayed at this location a number of times and it's just passable. I was checking in after hours and could not get the attention of anyone either through the intercom at the front door, nor by calling the reception phone number I found by a google search. Eventually I just pushed on every door and one was unlocked, so I went it and found a young lady sitting at the reception, obviously ignoring my calls. Checked in. parked my car. That basement carpark stinks like dead animals, not pleasant. Went to my room. There is hardly any lighting, so dark. Beds were good, shower was okay. Iron was good. Checking out was easy. The location is great because it's close to lovely walkways, restaurants and the CDB in general. My final frustration is that despite the number of times I've stayed (and other Mantra's and Mecure's) here and despite the amount of bookings the company I work for makes at Accor hotels across ANZ every year, you insist on taking a security deposit...
