The staff were great so if you want excellent customer service without results - stay here. The place was old (backs peeling off mirrors), out dated (not enough plugs and no USB connections), and WiFi didn't work (either connected and dropped or very very slow). The had no mircowaves and it smelled like mold. In addition, they were short of access cards so that we only got one which meant we have to leave together and come back together. Disappointing all around.

The location was fine but the room had poignant curry smell and the staff were not very welcoming or helpful …and when asked for a map of the city and a chair to use the pool I was told to go try and see if I could get that from another hotel.

Great location easy walk to everything in the city , crock cove is only 200 meters from the hotel. Well appointed apartment, only criticism is the power points are very low to the floor and some appliances just can’t plug in . Apart from that great place .
