We sincerely apologise for the mould you found in the kitchen drawers and for the issues with the air conditioning. We understand how disappointing this would have been, particularly given the cost of your stay. We are delighted to hear that you had a wonderful stay and enjoyed our great location, and it is particularly pleasing to know that our team and check-in experience contributed positively to your visit. We sincerely apologise for the issues you encountered with the shower temperature; toilet roll fittings and Wi-Fi. We understand how frustrating it would have been to have the Wi-Fi continually drop out and require the use of 5G. Your comments have been shared with our maintenance and relevant teams so these matters can be addressed. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the absence of a restaurant and café, as well as the pool spa not being heated.
