Very basic facilities but well located on The Esplanade. The lack of a dining room and bar was disappointing. The cleanliness also left a bit to be desired. The staff however were generally polite and helpful.

Although our room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time of 2:00 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. While the hotel was in acceptable condition overall, it could benefit from some refurbishment and a refreshed appearance. Other than that, there was nothing significant to report.
