We’re pleased to hear that you found the Mantra property itself suited your needs and that the booking process, check-in, and accommodation all went smoothly. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered with dining using your Accor ALL Dining benefits at the Novotel. We completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of communication about the block-out period over the Easter weekend, as well as the difficulties in using your Accor gift vouchers. This is certainly not the experience we want for our loyal members, and we will address this internally with the team to ensure better communication and clearer information about dining options and restrictions in the future. We’re also grateful for your comments about the musty smell in the room — we will investigate that further to ensure that all areas are maintained to the highest standards.
