I just had a few issues this visit, constant issues with my door- couldnt open the door, when i asked reception the person was overly friendly and at one stage when i was trying to ring for help and didnt get a response, i went back down to the reception - after going back and forward several times, i was made to feel like i was bothering them

Nice clean room, well located with easy covered parking. Dual keys was probably the biggest pain point along with poor WiFi connection - ended up hot spotting from my mobile to get better connectivity.

Our experience was better than most other recent reviews. Great location. Good clean, spacious and quiet room. Efficient service. Yes, the decor is dated and the ground floor reception area is a bit of a wasteland. The breakfast service available is not very enticing, but good eateries are nearby. Parking is available onsite and a pool is on the premises. In short a good, but not great accommodation option, in a fabulous location.
