Absolutely terrible. Late check in process was unclear and not helpful. Was out in a one bed room room with 5 people even though we requested and were told there would be enough beds. Ended up sleeping on the couch. Terrible start to our family holiday. Have to stay there at the end of our holiday and I am not looking forward to it.

Our apartment was clean and comfortable with all the utensils we needed. The carpet and lounge suite were a little worn.

Staff were all lovely but it was very difficult not having WiFi in the rooom

Room 813 has a plumbing problem that wakes you up a dozen times per night. Water hammer rattling in the wall as the tap turns on
