We stayed over the weekend to celebrate my son’s 6th birthday, after having a great experience last year. Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing. None of our pre-requested items were met, we didn’t receive the included Kingpin games, and we weren’t informed the Mercure pool was unavailable. Room service was also very frustrating. After multiple attempts and over 20 minutes on hold, we never got through or received a callback. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations, especially given we had multiple family bookings for the occasion.

The accommodation was cosy, quite and nice but had no drinking water available. When I called reception I was advised to drink tap water or walk all the way to reception and buy from the counter. The in room service had to be accessed via your phone on a wifi that is soooooo slow and never works. Hence could not use the in room service. Yes i did try using it via my mobile data and then the issue was the surname was not valid. I tried every name in my family (mine, my wife, my kid everything).

We love the resort but the service was poor. It was always understaffed weren’t able to have room see one because the restaurant weren’t answering the phone and had to go to reception

I rang the front desk ,was put on hold then phone slammed down Rang after twice phone slammed down. I put on accomodation booking Early check in. Front desk personnel were rude. Asked for maintenance front desk rude.
