we ate at the new poolside bar and kitchen for the first time, Sarah was excellent and her recomendations wer honest and accurate, the food was top notch. as usual the service was good and the stay comfrtable and relaxed

Great room, staff were very disappointing and parking very difficult

I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed the room and found it comfortable. However, I am truly sorry to learn that the service experience and parking arrangements did not meet expectations and left you feeling disappointed. Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of clear guidance and support provided on arrival. It is concerning to hear that you felt our team were not welcoming and that you were left to navigate access and parking on your own, particularly with the additional challenges caused by refurbishment works across the property. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and I regret that we did not communicate these impacts more clearly in advance or provide more proactive assistance during your stay. Your feedback has been shared with our team and management so we can reinforce the importance of warm, attentive service and clear directions, especially while works are ongoing. We are also reviewing how we communicate parking arrangements and refurbishment updates to ensure guests are better informed prior to arrival and supported throughout their stay.
