Overall the staff are always friendly and the rooms clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, the food is well below standards and overpriced. I Stay at the Mercure 4-5 times a year, so not a once off event.

Room and facilities tidy and presentable. Minimal options of beer at Splash cafe. Not everyone like craft style beer. Room 226 toilet minor leak lead to toilet refill during night. I forgot to inform reception on check out.
