We arrived at 1am. There was no issue in problem and level of service and the check in process was so easy. Other hotels should visit these guys to see how it's done

Excellent for transit passengers

Between my two flights, I had almost 7 hours to spare. The hotel is close to the airport and has all the amenities you would wish for a very relaxing wait - from a restaurant to a cafe and even a pool! There is a shuttle to/from the airport, so no need to walk (although, it's in walking distance). The check-in was smooth, explained about the complex, what is available and what are the working hours of the restaurant/cafe. There is an electric cart to take you to your room (pending where you stay). The room is not big but enough for the quick stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the rain shower was fantastic. Coffee/tea was available as well and I was lucky enough to have a welcome pack as well of yummy snacks. On the way back, a phone call and my shuttle was there to take me back to the airport. The driver also served as check-out staff, and there was no need to stop at reception.

First time staying back at the Mercure post renovations, check-in was seamless and the new check in area looks amazing. Staff from check-in to check out were fantastic, I was lucky enough to stay in one of the newly renovated pool villas , clean, very modern and bed was extremely comfortable , having my own private pool through another NT heat wave was the highlight of my stay .
