Tile grout in bathroom coming out. Ants throughout the room. Fan didn’t work unless on high. Power point next to bed didn’t work. 1 x Shower curtain missing. Room service food took 15mins longer and was cold on arrival. However as I only had a short time as I was catching a red eye it wasn’t worth my time worrying about it as I just wanted to sleep.

Magnificent grounds. We arrived early and was processed by a young man from Nhulunbuy who was delightful We were initially given a room which wasn’t ready but staff at the room immediately with no fuss gave us another room and arranged for the key swapover Pool absolutely beautiful. Meals were great!d It would have been a ten except for the Happy Hour. Didn’t realise it finished at 5:30 and went to the bar for another cocktail at about 5:25 by the time it was ordered. made and registered in the till it was 5:31 so I asked for the discounted price when it rang up considerably more expensive. But was refused. I was told it happens automatically with the till whilst I understand that surely there is an override for staff to use? Often places announce 10-15 mins before cutoff. Your Happy Hour is from 3:30-5:30 which is quite early It was a pity to be so petty as it spoilt our view of your establishment

Good location, practicing fighter jets killed the vibe though. The pool area is nice, the sound and light isolation of the rooms are poor.
