I had an excellent stay at Mercure Darwin Airport Resort and was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. The location was very convenient, especially for business travel and operations around Darwin Airport and the surrounding areas. The hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and provided everything I needed for a longer stay. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated their responsiveness and willingness to assist whenever I needed support. After a long and demanding day, it was always good to return to a comfortable and welcoming environment. The room was comfortable and suitable for an extended business stay, and the overall atmosphere of the resort was pleasant and relaxing. The facilities were also convenient and made the stay more enjoyable. Overall, Mercure Darwin Airport Resort provided a very positive experience, and I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Darwin.

It was poor. Room had broken air conditioning and was pouring water all over the floor that turned into a pool in the room. Staff didn't come after 4 calls . Then they charged us for a dog for the room they moved us to next day , but we had no dog. Room service food they got wrong and missed 50% but still charged . Room not cleaned . It was very poor really .

I rarely look forward to staying at an airport hotel, but I choose to stay at Darwin Airport Resorts. It is a perfect base for visiting both Darwin and Kakadu, and being just 5 minutes walk from the airport, it means I can spend more time enjoying the resort facilities.

The room was really nice and clean. However the TV didn't work. The screen was down below off the visable screen so we couldn't scan the QR code to get it working, also another guests name was on the screen not mine. Also no room service after 9pm. Said there were overnight meals, but when called up there weren't any except a chicken wrap. When I got it, it was too spicey to eat. If you are going to charge the price for the room, need to ensure it has all the amenities.

I stayed twice in a week at different parts of the property. Rooms at Mercure much nicer. Most staff let this down though about from one or two. The bus drivers really need to be nicer!

I have stayed at this Mercure three times in the last 6 weeks and have really enjoyed my previous two stays however this stay unfortunately I was quite disappointed. The pick up from the airport was great and check in was smooth however there were a few problems in the room which I notified the staff upon check out but there was no compensation or apology. The power point next to the bed didn’t work which wasn’t a big issue however in the morning I discovered the fridge wasn’t working properly which meant I had to throw away the sandwich I was going to have for breakfast. There was also a problem with the kettle so I couldn’t have a coffee in the morning. I really like this hotel and planned to stay here in the future however this experience has left me quite disappointed.

check in was very slow at 01:30am. I had been assured by my office that my booking for Monday/Tues will allow me a (very) early check in by the person who answered the phonecall. I was sceptical of this and was expecting to have to book my own room. Turns out I was correct.
