This was my 3rd visit of staying at Ibis Bangtao. I was taking care by Khun Frankie and Khun Gam and checked out by Khun Dome, he always great and ensure of my request had been fulfilled. This time I stayed in another room, which I quite not happy about the zipper bed as it caused me not a sleep well night as the middle part of the bed. However room is functional and in a well maintenance. Still happy in overall. Heartists are great, shoutout for them. And please revised the Breakfast time in ALL application, breakfast is at 7.00 hrs not 06.30 hrs.
