I’ve been to Banyan Tree three times, and the staff’s friendliness has always been outstanding. From the staff at the entrance who welcome you first(especially Ms. Nadia), to the concierge, restaurant staff(especially Mr. Niwat), souvenir shop staff, buggy drivers, housekeeping staff, and security staff—everyone is kindness itself. That's why I love Banyan Tree Hotels.

Men, Gem, Poo, Ple The staff were very kind and friendly. They asked for my child’s name and treated us very warmly. They also helped with first aid for my husband when he injured his foot. We really love Banyan Tree. Once again, we would like to praise Men, Gem, Poo, and Ple.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Banyan Tree Phuket, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the exceptional kindness of the staff, the impeccable cleanliness, and the beautifully maintained resort. The variety of restaurants is fantastic, and every meal we had was delicious and high quality. Travelling with a baby can be challenging, but Banyan Tree made it feel effortless. The quiet, baby-friendly pool was perfect, and everyone was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely warm with our baby, which meant so much to us and truly elevated our holiday. A special thank you to Gem, Mem, Ple, and Poo — your kindness, care, and friendliness did not go unnoticed and made our stay extra special.
