All the services were good. The staff always smiled and provided good service, and the room condition was very satisfactory. There was a lot of service in the lobby from time to time, and happy hour is everywhere, so it's not boring to stay in the hotel all day long

Feedback on Room Change and Check-In Experience at Banyan Tree Phuket

During the checkout process, I expressed my desire to provide feedback to the hotel staff, and I was directed to this review page via a QR code link. I hope the following feedback will help improve the guest experience at Banyan Tree Phuket in the future. I stayed at Banyan Tree Phuket for a total of three nights and four days. While I originally planned to stay in the same type of villa for the entire duration, this was not possible due to prior bookings. As a result, I spent two nights in the Serenity Pool Villa and the final night in the Signature Pool Villa. Overall, my stay was pleasant; however, the transition from the Serenity Pool Villa to the Signature Pool Villa was not handled as smoothly as expected. During the check-in process for the Signature Pool Villa, it appeared that the staff were not fully aware of the room change, and the process took an unnecessary amount of time. This resulted in my check-in being delayed to a time well past 3:00 PM. Additionally, on the first day of my stay, I requested a late check-out. I was informed by the staff that late check-out would not be possible on the day of the room change due to other reservations but that it would be allowed on my final day until 2:00 PM. Despite this prior arrangement, I received a call around noon on the last day, asking me to check out immediately. This unexpected request left me feeling confused and inconvenienced. While I cannot be certain, it seemed as though the details of my requests were lost during the room change process. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience at Banyan Tree Phuket, but the room change process felt disorganized and impacted the otherwise seamless experience I had come to expect. Aside from this, my stay was highly satisfactory. I hope this feedback will be helpful in enhancing the quality of service for future guests.

Cannot speak highly of the banyan tree resort in Phuket they have amazing signature restaurants offering Thai and Japanese food We are pure vegetarian the chefs provided the best dishes our thanks to chef Tipa and Gai The Indian food was great provided by Vicky our special thanks to him The resort is highly recommended

This is a beautiful hotel set away from the hustle bustle so you need to utilise the bus/boat to get to other bars and restaurants, smiling staff and a lovely villa, however… the building work! We were in Villa 836 right opposite and next to building work which started at 8am and finished at 6pm - the drilling and banging were relentless - we did record the noise and play it to reception but nobody seemed to be bothered - The Banyan Tree is advertised as a tranquil haven, it is far from it - beware
