Good location, rooms was very spacious and clean. Staff friendly and facilities all very good. Close to local shops and restaurants.

Location ! Brilliant, super clear and clean beach . Exceptional service and attention from Very well trained staff. Ms Fang is a stand out ! Her advice and recommendations spot on! Excellent , extensive and flexible menu. Lots of near by excellent restaurants too. Take Mr Wit in his long boat for close by snorkelling ( hotel recommendation:) 2 bed suite with pool was in very good condition. The GM is definitely hands on and on top of everything.

The apartment was lovely and the service was outstanding. Our one complaint would be the construction that is going on right next to our room. The noise of that construction woke us very early every morning which was extremely disturbing as we were on vacation and had come to relax. I would suggest not putting guests in that area until the construction period has ended.

Service is very good and staff are very nice .The place is nice and the beach is calm.

Most memorable was the excellent and responsive service. We stayed at the 3 bedroom penthouse and the place was huge - perfect for an extended family getaway. Place could do with a little refurbishment but overall, was a luxurious and pleasant place. Highly recommended!

We would return and enjoyed our stay. Below is our feedback which might help make some minor improvements: Microwave in our room didn't make things hot. We stayed in room 4101. So we had brought our microwave steriliser with us but couldn't use it. Luckily the hotel lent us and electric one. But it looked quite old and the lid was rusty inside. So not sure how sterile it really was. They also Lent us a baby bath but this was just a large bowl like you'd serve a salad in. So I'd say it wasn't very new born friendly. The edges of the beds are very sharp and we constantly bruised our legs on them. The steps in the swimming pool are also very sharp and we all cut ourselves on then. The air con in our room was quite tempormental. Breakfast buffet was great but prices for other meals were quite expensive. Kids games room was a nice touch and the lady who runs out was very friendly. Think the toys could do with some maintenance though. Lots of broken toys or batteries run out etc. Im not sure how clean it was either. Would be good for all toys, balls, floors to be sterilised everyday. Liked the size of the resort (nice and small) and near the beach. All staff were really lovely. Might be nice for the hotel to provide some sun beds at the beach but not sure if this permitted on the beach. The hot water in the shower was quite variable. Sometimes boiling sometimes cold. Would be useful to have a ladder/steps into the private pools in the pool residences.

This resort is beautiful. We had an ocean view room with a private pool and it was glorious. The accommodations were spectacular. We loved everything about this location. The best part about staying at Movenpick was the manager we worked with. Khun Sine was so amazing to me and my wife! She handled every request we had and went above and beyond in everything she did for us. We asked her for recommendations for our anniversary dinner and she booked us a table at a wonderful restaurant. When we got there, we were greeted as "VIP" guests and given the best table they had. She also booked several trips for us, complete with transport and pre-reserved tickets. I cannot praise the job she did for us enough, she is truly an exceptional manager and deserves a ton of credit for how stress free our trip to Phuket was. We WILL be back to this resort and will be looking forward to seeing Khun Sine again.

The resort, location, and staff was top notch. I would give a 10 if the restaurant food hit the mark. The breakfast had many items to please all the tourists, however, being that it was buffet style many items not as fresh or warmed.

We had a fantastic stay at Mövenpick Bangtao Beach Resort! Room was excellent, beds very comfortable! We loved that the fans were separate for each room so that everybody could handle this differently. The staff was extremely kind and friendly and supportive; e.g. we had an issue with our pre-booked pick up and they would handle that for us. The Restaurant was a real discovery for the palate and the lovely presented appetizers a revelation of tastes. We recommend the massage - perfect for a relaxing day. Thank you very much!
