I had a wonderful experience here. The room was stunning with a breathtaking view, but what really stood out was the staff’s attentiveness. Using the app for service was super easy and fast. Also, the breakfast is easily 10/10! I’ll definitely be back for another stay.

We had a great stay. However there are few issues . 1. the decking around the pool get so hot due to the material and my son burnt his feet getting out of the pool. 2. The russian guests claim the daybed early morning and in some cases do not use them until late afternoon. 3. There is no smoke free zones around the pool including the kids pool.

Amazing location, right on the beach, friendly staff, breakfast ok, everyday the same, room cleanliness 5/10, floor never moped, bathroom just wiped. This hotel needs some work and renovation and a good clean u. Definitely not 4*. I stayed in few Novotel in different countries but this one was the poorest one. I give 7/10 only because of fantastic location :-)
