We were there for our honeymoon as soon as we arrived our room was decorated with lovely flowers which made my wife super happy. I would like to call out staff who made our stay excellent. Starting from checking in Pop was very sweet and helpful to explain about the hotel and services. Top the manager at breakfast was impeccable not only to us but we could see his enthusiasm with all the guests was so pleasing. We faced issue in our previous room with the Aircon making noise at night. We highlighted our concern to Jerry at reception wherein he was quick to act on the issue and offered us an alternative room. We also faced some confusion with our dinner order in the soup kitchen wherein Yip and the staff was very helpful to act upon it and provided us with a complimentary Tiramisu as a gesture. All in all it was a wonderful stay wherein the staff really made up for any small glitches. Like to also compliment the housekeeping lady cleaning our room everyday with so much professionalism. Ree at the concierge was also very helpful and professional. Only feedback I would have is the view from the room where I booked an ocean view room and the view was blocked by the trees. Would have preferred a room probably on the higher floor which had a direct view. But again credit for the hotel making our stay memorable and outstanding. I know which hotel to book when I am back in Phuket. See you soon 😊

Housekeeping staff was excellent. Location is perfect on the beach and away from hustle bustle of patong. Good for quote and easy stay. Food was good as well. Nothing to complain about.
