We visited this hotel between 22nd and 26th November 2025. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. On one occasion, we had trouble unlocking our balcony door. The maintenance engineer was dispatched and the repair carried out within 30 minutes. The breakfast restaurant was always busy. However at the evening dining restaurants, hotel guests seemed to be at a premium. We visited the hotel bar a couple of times and on both occasions, there were more staff, plus a singer and 2 musicians than there were hotel guests. Because of the lack of guests at either the bar, or any of the restaurants gave the impression that the hotel lacked a sole.

I am, however, genuinely sorry to learn that your overall impression was that the hotel felt lacking in “soul.” While we are pleased that breakfast service and operational efficiency met your expectations, your comments regarding the atmosphere in our evening restaurants and bar are taken very seriously. A hotel’s character is not defined by its facilities alone, but by the energy, warmth, and sense of connection our guests feel—and it is clear we did not fully succeed in delivering this during your stay. Seasonal occupancy patterns and guest dining preferences can at times affect the ambience in our outlets, but this should never detract from the sense of vibrancy and engagement we aim to create. Your feedback has been shared with our team, as we continue to review how we can better balance live entertainment, staffing, and guest experience to ensure our venues feel welcoming, lively, and authentic—regardless of guest numbers. This is my second time visiting Angsana last 2023 and now 2025. The staffs are still the same very Friendly and helpful all of them. They always greet visitors with a smile whenever you are. Everything here is beyond expectation. From the beach, food, hotel room, the views are amazing. You will never forget the experience once you choose this hotel for your holiday in phuket. Every single thing you need for vacation is already here.Restaurants, spa,gym, beach, pool and many more. The Best!
