Had a great time staying at Mantra Tonsley. The staff were amazing and super friendly and they really cared to make our stay a great one! It's about 20 minutes from the city, but that didn't bother us at all as we had a car and a train was super close by.

Very comfortable bed and an access to the balcony so you can get fresh air. I stayed in the apartment with my Son due to Husband being in Hospital. The location is a good jump spot also for touring around Adelaide. If we come back to Adelaide we would certainly consider staying in this location again.

Modern room and all facilities suited out trip to Flinders Hospital. Beds excellent and quiet spot.

Excellent modern room with comfortable space and of course close to the Flinders Hospital where we needed to be close to. Ivy was a darling and assisted the booking in process to make it an easy job. Very quiet area and internal facilities. Beds including the fold out for the third person, my mum was just perfick! Very comfortable. Limited car parking at exact site but a short walk to extra parking was no trouble. We will definitely return here again next year.

Modern rooms very clean great location if you need to be close to flinders private or public hospital. Would highly recommend beds are superb large modern bathrooms. Convenient parking at the motel. Recommend booking on the accorr website as that was cheaper than going through the customer service desk. They assisted us with this.

Rooms were very nice, but front desk is only open 8am-8pm! This means late arrivals need to 1) fill out an online check-in form and 2) call an after-hours number to access a box with your room key. Late arrivals will also need to park off-site behind a gate that needs a code. Hotel charges a surcharge for credit card payments. Perhaps it would be better to: 1) Have longer desk hours--never encountered a hotel not having staff so early (at least four others) 2) Ensure the online check-in works (no form appeared) 3) Provide instructions and the room number in an email rather than requiring guests to call 4) Provide the parking gate code in the existing email, rather than saying it would be texted (never received) 5) Provide the WiFi password in the room instead of having us call again for it 6) Respond to a bad experience at the front desk by apologising and taking feedback graciously, rather than resolutely defending We booked elsewhere for our next night instead of dealing with the hassle again.
