Few weeks before my stay i was contacted by the hotel team to ask about my stay and if I needed anything. Great start. I informed I was coming with my family (wife and 8 months baby) and asked for a crib. They replied saying everything would be arranged and that I was going to get free breakfast because of my status. However, the crib arranged was in a bad shape and also didn't have a mattress, I needed to use some sheets to replace it. Also, the breakfast times were either informed wrongly (seems thatbthere was a difference between week days and weekends) and the service was always being finalized frw minutes before the ending time.

Unfortunately, my stay was significantly affected by an air-conditioning issue in the bedroom. The air conditioner was not functioning properly and was blowing only mildly cool air rather than the cold air expected from a fully operational unit. I reported the matter, and an engineer attended promptly. However, despite the room remaining uncomfortably warm, he repeatedly insisted that everything was functioning normally. The language barrier made the situation even more challenging, as the engineer was unable to understand or communicate in English. More disappointing was the dismissive manner in which my concern was handled. I subsequently raised the issue with the receptionist, but I did not feel that the matter was given the seriousness or attention it warranted. As a result, sleeping during the night was extremely uncomfortable, and I was sweating considerably. This is particularly concerning because I have experienced a similar issue at this property previously. As a Platinum member, I would reasonably expect greater attentiveness, more effective communication, and a stronger service-recovery approach when a genuine concern is raised. Regrettably, the overall handling of the situation fell short of the service standards I associate with the brand.

i had an excellent stay at novotel living saigon south. i travelled on business and the host company got me an apartment. the bed was comfortable--not too soft--and the air conditionings worked well. the amenities in the room were adequate for the stay and housekeeping was great! i did not use the laundry service provided in room, but i did use the FREE washer and dryer on floor three. the gym was more than i expected and the sauna worked great my second week there. set it to on at the beginning of a work out or even 20 minutes before the workout to ensure the proper temperature when going in. the restauraunt on the second floor was excellent--breakfast was great too. i received a discount on dinner while staying at the hotel--very cool!

Great customer service at the hotel for my 5 week stay. The gym and washing facilities make the stay a little easier - some customers appear to leave washing in machines, or move washing if it stays too long, so be mindful to go back frequently.
