No Air-condition even in the April is not hot but needs ventilation! I need request fan to solve the problem! The second is found blood in the bed sheet , I confirm is no change it

First, we regret the inconvenience caused by the lack of adequate air conditioning and ventilation in your room. We are very sorry that you had to request a fan to make your stay more comfortable. Furthermore, we are deeply concerned and sincerely apologize for the issue with the bed sheet. Finding what appeared to be blood on the sheet is completely unacceptable, and we truly regret the distress this caused you. Please be assured that this matter will be taken very seriously, and we will immediately review and reinforce our cleaning and inspection procedures to prevent any recurrence. We deeply regret that we did not meet your expectations and appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention. We hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future. Furniture inside the room is a little bit old

Everything is ok, only bed is too soft for us. Next time we will not stay during Japan holiday, too much people.

We are relieved to hear that your overall stay was "unresolved." However, we apologize that the firmness of the bed did not meet your expectations. Sleeping comfort varies from person to person, but we will take this into consideration when selecting amenities and providing better service in the future to ensure a more comfortable sleep. We also apologize that you were unable to relax due to the high volume of guests during the Japanese holiday period. Member have its privileges! Our very 1st stay with Accor properties in Japan and we are 1000% satisfied and pampered to date!!! Platinum member. Checked into Grand Mercure Lake Biwa Resort & Spa in Nagahama yesterday. Welcome by Mr Satosan with great hospitalities and enthusiasm. A real kind, fun and comical hotel manager! Specialised checked in table for members. All facilities and benefits explained in details. Breakfast, dinner if needed and late checkout needed. Room upgraded without requesting. Complimentary breakfast daily. We booked the 1st night buffet(30% off) and a special dedicated table was arranged (surprise) though restaurant was almost full house. Entire buffet was wonderful and delicious. Well taken care and recognised by the mangeress and all the staff which was another surprise. Dedicated special member table for breakfast too! All the wonderful great staff really deserve our appreciation and thousands thank you. Great hospitalities, ownership and responsilities. Regarding room, we had booked the simpliest room and was upgraded to a high floor scenic Biwa lake and Nagahama castle facing room! Fabulous sunrise with a golden Biwa lake! Planning to cancel a day of outing to enjoy all the facilities, food and services Mr Satosan and team of enthusiasm staff will be offering in these 3 more days!!! Can come again!!! Beware that the lounge at lobby is open to all hotel guests with plentiful of liquors and tibits. Not our usual executive lounge services. Nice to have.
