Location is nice and feel relax in room. TV is small and must be 50inchs or above. Check staff was polite but not flexible and explanation for check in was poor. When i arrived at noon, and ask for check in she said check in time is 1pm and you couldn't due to system issue. When i came back around 1:30pm she can proceed check in but she said your room will be ready around 2:40pm. I was confused and very frastrated and i.have to wait extra 1 hour. She should have mentioned the time i can go into my room, is said at the first, i came back 2:40pm Also no recognition as Accor members and very poor recognition even if your hotel encourage to join the member. Breakfast was terrible. Crowded situation is understandable but no explanation for anything by any of staffs and taste of food level is very low. Check out was average.

However, we deeply apologize for not meeting your expectations in some areas. We are very sorry that we were unable to guide you to your room smoothly after your arrival and that we did not explain the check-in time in detail. We should have provided our guests with more accurate information that was easy to understand. In order to avoid such confusion, we will thoroughly educate our staff and strive to improve our response capabilities. We deeply regret that you were not fully aware of the benefits and services offered despite staying as an Accor member. We will strive to improve our services so that members will feel special. We apologize for the dissatisfaction with breakfast and for the insufficient guidance from our staff. We will review the layout and educate our staff so that you can use our facilities comfortably even when it is crowded. We will also do our utmost to improve the quality of our food. Aside from one Japanese female staff member at the front desk, no one acknowledged my membership status or provided the level of attention and care expected for Gold members. There was also no separate check-in counter for Gold members, like Marriot or Hilton. Breakfast was served across three rooms, with some seating areas quite far from the food stations. The period between 7:00 and 8:30 a.m. seemed to be peak hours, so I purposely arrived after 8:30 a.m. to avoid the crowds, only to find no available seats. Additionally, the staff did not offer any assistance in finding a seat. I wonder why group guests aren't seated in a designated area with a separate food station to better manage the seating arrangement. There could also be designated areas for Accor Hotels members. I must mention that the cleaning staff was exceptional, and the room was consistently well-maintained. I stayed for several nights, so I understand that daily cleaning isn't provided, which was not an issue. Each morning, the staff thoughtfully left fresh towels, toothpaste, and two bottles of water outside my door. I appreciate their attention to detail.

Good location sitting on the lake shore. Nice and spacious room. Reasonable breakfast. The staff there had a little bit insufficient English skill.
