We stayed in Nagoya for 2 nights. We were greeted with early checkin which was a lovely surprise. We were only expecting to drop our bags and kill time before check-in. The process was smooth, good location 13min walk from the station. A clean and very comfortable stay with stylish furnishings.

Exceptional staff that exceeds any experience i’ve had so far. My wife had life saving surgery during our stay in japan. During our stay in Ibis Style Nagoya we needed urgent medical tests for our insurance. When mentioning this to mister Shingo at reception the 7th of August 2026, he made it his personal mission to ensure that we would be helped in a hospital. This whilst it became busy at the check-in desk, he ensured together with the rest of his team that the check-ins were smooth for other guests and still ensured that my wife could have the necessary clinical tests in the hospital. We would not have been able to arrange this without him and consider his actions beyond exveptional, for which we remain very grateful. Additionally we would like to mention Juvi’s professionalism and empathy. The room itself and the breakfast was great but the staff made it one of the best experiences ever, far exceeding hotels in higher price ranges.

We stayed for 4 nights and appreciated how well located the hotel is. The breakfast buffet provided a good balance of options. However, my dad’s bed was not as comfortable as he’d like; as he said it feels too low and lumpy. Hopefully, by our next stay the bed quality has been resolved.

The staff, especially the staff checked-in us in Ibis Nagoya was very helpful, understanding. She tried to assist me to find my lost hat and made a few calls. I am truly appreciated. The bed was comfortable, not hard. The location 8 out of 10. Nearby subway and walking 7-10mins to Nagoya station.
