We felt comfortable staying at this hotel. The room was clean and the key was ready according to the check-in time of 2 pm. The receptionist Kyoka-san and others served us friendly. Welcome drinks were provided as a silver Accor member. The location is strategic from the bus stop and subway train and only a 7-minute walk to Nagoya station. The check-out process was fast.

Check in was seamless and staff were lovely holding our bags before check in and after check out. Rooms are a bit small - struggled to open our cases but the walk in shower was lovely. Comfy stay

We kindly request improvements to the check-in process. After a long journey, it is not ideal for guests to experience extended waiting times at the reception.. A male staff at Breakfast area, he was so rude to us. The way he spoke, his attitude has to be changed.
