staying two nights at this hotel as a platinum member was very satisfying. the hotel rooms are clean, the service from the hotel staff is very satisfying, the value is very positive from the welcome drink and meal given to platinum members, the staff at the reception is very helpful and the hotel location is quite strategic

1. Hotel location is not far if walk from Nagoya station 2. The twin room is very spacious 3. The front desk staff are very kind

Economical for hardware, but room cleaning has to improve

Although the room is compact, it fits for opening 2 large suitcases together. The water boiler is terrible, which is full of dust
