Unlike the other hotels which I have stayed in Japan throughout the years, IBIS Nagoya was the only one that could not assist to make advance restaurant reservations for us. Otherwise clean room and relatively well sized for a hotel in a major city

Stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Pros: Buffet breakfast is not bad. A mix of Japanese and western food albeit selection is not too wide. Room is stylish and clean. Bathroom is clean but a little tiny. Reception came and change the air purifier/humidifier immediate after my complaint. They serve Illy coffee at the coffee house, however this is chargeable. Cons: Once checked in, realised that the air purifier/humidifier is not working properly but... refer the pros! :D About 10 mins walk from Nagoya Station. A little far if you have a large luggage!

Bed is soft, room is big , clean , locate good area. Love it
