My suitcase was lost by the airline and later sent to the hotel. The reception staff was very attentive and sent me an email and a written letter to the hotel room, to let me know when it had arrived.

Had a 5 night stay here. Was quite surprised at the room rates, nearly $300 per night for Ibis Styles is unheard of, mainly it was because of the Asian Games event, hotel rooms were so tight this period. Location was around a short 6 mins walk to the metro & train lines. Management should look into providing hooks in the shower room, it's rather unconvenient when you can't even hang your towel in the shower. It's a rather basic requirement which is much needed. I say this as an Accor Platinum member who has stayed in various brands across Asia.

We stayed in Nagoya for 2 nights. We were greeted with early checkin which was a lovely surprise. We were only expecting to drop our bags and kill time before check-in. The process was smooth, good location 13min walk from the station. A clean and very comfortable stay with stylish furnishings.
