The hotel itself was ok and is clearly benefitting from the influx of tourists from neighboring countries. A little further from Shinkansen than I expected. Biggest challenge was check-in. Had two rooms booked but upon check-in there seemed to only be one booked in the system. Had to show copies of confirmed booking details. Had originally booked directly via ALL site, however due to date change cancelled that and re-booked via third-party (as ALL site had zero availability). Staff were very clear that I would receive no member benefits rather than actually making the check in experience what it should be. Furthermore, had an unplanned breakfast with the family on final morning and thought that this was paid for, however when I came back in the afternoon I was told that I hadn't paid in a way that made me feel like I had tried to avoid paying - which if I was trying not to pay why would I leave my suitcases to come back to collect later.... All in all, the rooms are ok and the hotel is relatively new and clean, however more to be done to provide frictionless check-in and check-out for guests.

Good location, very close to Nagoya main station. many convenience stores nearby. Room is very clean and fresh, bed was comfortable. Soundproof is very good, no noice coming from outside even though our room is facing the highway. Breakfast selection were pretty good. Staffs were all very helpful. Platinum status only get welcome drink and breakfast, no upgrade given as there are only one type of rooms. Overall nice stay.

Great location NIce & Clean hotel Mr Kong from Reception gave us a great suggestion on getting to the airport & remembered to order the cab without us reminding. also made sure cabs arrived on time. Would be good to have: a) place to hang towel in bathroom b) Water for 2nd day not replenished c) 1 room did not have water at all
