Room was clean and comfortable, enjoyed the lounge on the first day. But the second day it was closed. No information upon check in nor notice during my stay. I did not approach to any staff to ask, but I wish it was communicated to the guest from the hotel side, especially it states "lounge access" when I booked. Was it scheduled closure?

We are pleased to hear that you found your room clean and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the lounge on your first day. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and concern caused by the lack of clear information regarding the lounge operation on the second day of your stay. After reviewing the lounge operation records during your stay, we confirmed that the lounge was operating as usual. Our regular opening hours are from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM (last order at 10:30 PM). Nevertheless, we understand that the explanation provided at check-in may not have been sufficient, which understandably caused confusion and concern. We take your feedback seriously and will work to improve how we explain lounge hours and hotel services during check-in so that information is communicated more clearly to our guests. The room itself was clean, comfortable and nice. the afternoon lounge was extremely good. However, we are used to making our own coffee and tea in the morning. There was no milk or coffee whitener and not even a spoon. I asked for a spoon at the reception and did not get one.

Second stay at this great hotel. The breakfast is truly with the best and tasty selection we ever had in Japan/Asia. The evening Lounge with the drinks and nibbles is a great way to conclude the long day of travelling. Beds are comfy. The view of the mountains surrounding Sapporo. 15 minutes walking distance to the restaurants area and 20 minutes normal walk to Sapporo station. Staff is helpful and polite.

The room facility are extremely under expectations for a 5 stars hotel of Accor group

We sincerely apologize for the discomfort caused by the outdated condition, insufficient maintenance, and the areas where cleanliness was not up to standard.
