The rooms were comfortable and quite large by Japanese standards. The views on the high floor was marvelous. The shower had a bath tub ... you will have a very well rested sleep. There are no dinners or lunches here at the hotel which is a pity but there is coffee and tea in the late afternoon. The breakfast has a large spread and serve healthy food.

We made the right decision choosing to stay at the Grand Mercure Sapporo Odori Park. Staff was very nice. Room was equipped with all amenities we need. After a long day of sightseeing, the spacious bathroom and shower were a great relax. The social hour and night cap were the peak. We really enjoyed staying here.

Dated but spacious room. Front was attentive but seems to be too busy for caring all the patients. I asked them for a taxi, and when the taxi arrived, front didn't tell us that it has arrived.

Overall it’s a pleasant stay experience with Grand Mercure Odori Park, just that if provide complimentary parking for guest who check in with own transport will be great!
