We were on special trip to celebrate my wife’s birthday. As we are both at our platinum members, the hotel generously gave us an upgrade to a newly renovated room with a beautiful view. We had a wonderful time. The location of the hotel is a little bit further from shopping area. However, for a short walk, we can go to Sapporo station. The hotel provide lounge services twice a day to every guest, so it is quite impressive. Breakfast is also good with many choices. We love it a lot.. I recommend travelers who enjoy lounge, so it’s and good food to consider this hotel!

The room was so old and very outdated

Currently, there is a renovated superior room (30 m²), which is still part of the total room. We also offer free lounge access. For breakfast, we also offer hamburgers in the live kitchen. I have got good experience during stayed at hotel Superior room very new and good design Have a good view from high floor Bathroom is very good with good facility provided I have got helpfull from front staff for contract bus due to we had forgot our bag on bus Front staff fully support for contact untill got our bag back (all importance thing belong that bag) We quite appriciated Lounge all day is good especially lounge at night also good And the best is breakfast provide of good taste and good quality All Smooties is good . All staff is polite and i feel hotel manager is good service and looking around all the time for support hotel guest

Spent two nights here. As an English speaking guest, the staff struggled a bit by my lack of Japanese. That is on me. The rooms are ok, clean and but older. The highlight was the huge breakfast buffet that had something for everyone. Just wish the hours were a bit more extended. Also, there is no bar at the hotel so we could not get our complimentary drink... not a big deal. Would stay here again.
