Concerns Regarding My Recent Stay

Thank you very much for staying at our hotel. However, we sincerely apologize for the inadequate response from our staff. We also sincerely apologize for not replying to your comments immediately after your stay. We have confirmed with the staff in charge of check-in that there was an error in our staff\'s understanding regarding the room upgrade, and they mistakenly believed that they were able to provide an upgraded room compared to the one you had reserved. In addition, we were unable to meet your request for a city view, as all rooms with the view you requested were already occupied at the time of your check-in, as the hotel was almost fully booked on that day. Based on the feedback we received, we will thoroughly re-train our staff to improve their individual skills. Regarding the assignment of the requested view, we will work to improve the situation as soon as possible by exchanging emails at the time of reservation so that we can respond to guests\' requests prior to their arrival. Regarding the lounge access privileges, we are sorry to hear that the explanation in English was not clear enough due to the staff\'s misperception. Our lounge is only for the use of our hotel guests, and we have provided Platinum members with additional privileges, such as a welcome drink and snacks in guest’s room. However, we will thoroughly re-educate the employee in question regarding this deficiency, such as the incorrect explanation that the benefits were for Platinum members when we explained the benefits at check-in. Naturally, the early check-in and late check-out privileges for Platinum members must be explained at the time of check-in, not only to the staff in charge of check-in on the day of the check-in, but to ensure that all staff members have the same level of information, We apologize that the all our front staff was not able to do so. We would like to show the information sheet of the benefits for each membership rank and inform guests of the benefits. With regard to the upgrade, we have provided different information later than what was explained at check-in, which has resulted in a loss of trust with our guests, and we regret this very much. In addition, even in the midst of a full occupancy, offering an upgrade of only one night is not a convenient service for customers, and we feel that the benefits offered to Accor members in the midst of a full occupancy need to be reviewed once again from a company-wide perspective. We will review our services so that we can provide basic benefits for each membership rank. We would appreciate it if you could contact us by e-mail when you make your reservation for your visit in May. We are looking forward to seeing you soon. Warm Regards. Rooms Manager
