Very primitive hotel for what is labeled as "Grand". Lounge access was a bit disappointing for an old hotel. Very few restaurants or shopping near by though close to the park and subway, but great in the Sapporo winter. Room water and tea was rather cheap... something I would expect in a business hotel. Though a little old. clean and well maintained.

Booked as an Accor member as I knew quality would be good in an excellent location being a short walk to Idori Park, the main snow festival location. Room was comfortable and well presented. The drinks and nibbles in lounge were an unexpected bonus. The Taiko drumming performance was excellent. Would have give a 10 except for no onsite cafe and no Accor member dedicated checkin.

A good stay overall. It would be good to vary the options for breakfast each morning a bit more. And there is no dinner, which can make it hard with young children. A dinner offering would be nice. The evening drinks are appreciated

Not having the option to turn on AC is a deal breaker for me and many others

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by not being able to use the air conditioner in winter. Our hotel operates a centralized seasonal air-conditioning system, and individual cooling mode is not available. However, we truly value your feedback and will take it into consideration for future improvements. We also regret that the condition and cleanliness of the hotel did not meet your expectations. We will continue working on maintenance and renovation plans to provide a more comfortable environment. Furthermore, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding the Wi-Fi availability in the lobby restroom. We will review our network coverage to improve connectivity.
