Hotel is old and fraying. It occupies a part of a larger building which is essentially empty especially lobby area. This gives the lobby etc areas an abandoned and soul less atmosphere. Hotel is being promoted by Accor as 5 star. It is certainly not. Hotel service is also hit and miss - safe is our room was broken, told it would be fixed but did not hear back from Hotel after that nor were we offered a room change.

This hotel is quite well located but in the winter you still need to walk 10 minutes to the big shopping under the main train station
