We sincerely apologize that your stay did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed with the condition of the room and facilities provided. We are sorry to learn that you found the room furnishings, bathroom facilities, and carpeting dated, and that the condition and odor of the shower curtain negatively affected your experience.
