A very very small room and unable to upgrade, no restaurants or bars, no room service, quite a distance from any outside eating or bars, no room amenities such as iron - the worst Grand Mercure experience we have had

Sufficient room for my wife and I. Excellent breakfast. Does not have a lobby bar is only complaint.

Room smells cigarette smoke

It was a newly renovated room but it smell cigarette smoke, we complained but we were never transferred. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights and it was not a pleasant stay for our very first time
