I stayed with my family and it was wonderful. Staff ia helpful, location right next to train station and walkable to all convenient stores and susukino shopping street.

I stayed at the Ibis Styles Sapporo for 3 nights and overall had a pleasant visit. Check-in was quick and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a decent variety and tasty options. However, the hotel is clearly quite an older property, and this showed in the room condition. The bathroom had noticeable mould on the walls and particularly on the shower curtain. The inside of the fridge also had mould — possibly due to power-saving measures. These issues detracted from the overall comfort. A good location and friendly service, but the hotel would benefit from some updating and better maintenance, especially in the bathrooms and appliances.

Comfortable stay at a quiet room. Location was great. I loved the bedding and pillows. I wish there is a Japanese style Onsen in the hotel. Had to pay car parking, but overall it was a good stay.
