The staff members were very friendly. The daily room clean service was excellent. The location was extremely close to one of the exists of the orange line.

I don't remember his name. I think he is one of the experienced staff working at the reception desk. He helped me with making a phone call to make a reservation for other occasion. And I felt very thankful for that as I don's speak any japanese that prevented me making a preper reservaiton for the case. I really appreciate it.

Front desk check in was barely helpful and rooms were tired and old. besides the gym anything else was pretty bad.

The rooms are in need of refurbishing but the experience was made up with fantastic breakfast. Location was a short walk from main shopping area but just opposite times car rental, which is perfect for me
