It was comfortable stay but the beds were way too hard. Good spread of food and choice for breakfast. It was nice to be able to open the window a little and be able to get some fresh air. Hotel guests should be able to access the gym just with the room key without having to fill out a form and the staff has to open the gym door each time. Having Lawson at the bottom of the hotel was convenient. Easy access to public transport.

We stayed with our family in the hotel to see Sapporo and Hokkaido for 5 days. The room was adequate and comfortable, the parking next door in the stacker was great and meant we didn’t need to clear snow from the car overnight. Great location close to Susukino meant we could walk to the city area.
