This is my second time at Ibis Styles Sapporo and it will always be my first choice whenever I'm in Sapporo. I stayed in a Deluxe Plus King Room and it was very spacious. Great views of Sapporo and the ferris wheel. Breakfast had a great selection of local, Japanese and western dishes every morning and buffet station refilled frequently. The location is easy access to the subway, a short walk to nearby bars, restaurants and shops. Also, a Lawsons attached to the hotel is you're feeling a bit lazy. What makes Ibis Styles Sapporo the best in my opinion is the customer service. No request was too great. An example of going above and beyond is when my partner left some money in the room and didn't realise until we were in another city. I reached out to Emily and was luckily able to locate it after the guests who stayed in the room had checked out. Emily then posted the money to the next hotel we were staying at in Tokyo, even confirming with them that we were guests checking in when the package would arrive. The honesty and integrity demonstrated by Emily and her team is to be commended. They are a true asset to the hospitality industry and I appreciate everything they did for us. To everyone looking for a place to stay in Sapporo, you don't need to look further than the Ibis Style. To Emily and her team, thank you again for the excellent customer service. I've stayed in plenty of hotels all around the world and I honestly don't think I've experienced better service than what you have provided. I will definitely be back again.

The staff refused to check for other available rooms, even if I showed up at night and not all guests had arrived. It's a shame as a Platinum member to be treated like a stranger.

We visit here every year due to location to Sapporo shopping. Noted breakfast not as good this time. We have gluten free members in family and usually they can eat no problem. This year quite difficult as lots of selections had wheat in them.
