首先是很感谢酒店团队的热情接纳，礼宾服务也很到位，能看出有较高的职业素养。酒店整体也很有豪华氛围感，设计水准也是一流。各项配套也都较为完善，适合商旅出差或者集邮打卡。接下来就是要说我此次入住的槽点，也是打分较低的原因：首先是在预定后有发邮件（提前快一周时间），阐述了一些入住的个人意愿，而后直至入住前一天都未收到回信。在拨通酒店客服电话后，告知的是酒店邮箱经常性接收不到邮件，且未能查询到本人的入住信息。在与客服的沟通之后，再次重新递送了带着愿景的邮件。直到第二天下午check in，前台接待告知说昨天已接收到邮件（还是未回复），对我的意愿也表示了遗憾，已经被其他下榻客人所预定。在办理入住后，在房间拨通前台客服说房间未放置欢迎水果，接着在等待20分钟后才给送上，也可能是我刚巧碰到最忙的一天吧。还有就是酒店未设置酒廊，算是个小遗憾，少了些个人空间。最后，祝愿水头铂尔曼蒸蒸日上，酒店团队身体安康。
