This was my first time at a Farimont hotel and the accommodations at the Fairmont Xiamen were lovely. I had some issues with the A/C and the public space scent in my room and the hotel staff took care of both immediately. The breakfast and gym were top notch as well.

For this trip to Xiamen, I chose to stay at the Fairmont Hotel again. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and informed me that I had been upgraded to a sea view corner room. The room had an excellent view. Three bay windows offered a panoramic view of the sea and bay. The room was exquisitely decorated and fully equipped, showing the hotel’s luxurious texture. The only slight downside was that the welcome fruit received upon check-in was relatively simple, with only jujubes. After I fed back this issue to the front desk, the staff was polite and promised to improve immediately. Later, they sent a rich new fruit platter with a variety of types. The efficient response speed and sincere service attitude perfectly made up for this small regret. Overall, the stay experience was excellent, reflecting the hotel’s service standard. It is highly recommended, and I will choose to stay here again when I come to Xiamen next time.

We had an amazing experience, mainly because of your amazing staff. Shout out to Pauling who made our stay fantastic and so personalised, it felt like an Aman experience! From the airport pick up arranged by Akon Liu which was seamless, to the check-in that was already prepared upon our arrival to the explanation about the hotel, amenities and food.
