The check in was late and I was offered another room to wait while they clean the room. Finally, I was allowed to check in at 2.30pm. The receptionist offered a plate of fruits as gesture of goodwill. Regret to share that the plate of fruits are rather disappointing. It consists of a pear, apple and 2 pieces of strawberries. It looks rather pathetic and unattractive. thanks

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and hi tech room, love the Japanese toilet. Love the breakfast spread, amenities, especially self service laundry, tablet tennis and snooker rooms.
