The room dirty. The previous guests had drinks and the staff didn't clean the room. The empty bottles and the used glasses left in the room. The bathroom full of hair.

The rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The bedding was very comfortable, though the bed was surprisingly soft. Only issue was that the shuttle did not arrive at the airport every half hour as advertised. We waited longer, then ended up taking a taxi with another couple heading to the hotel also.

We hade allocated 1h for breakfast (9-10) . During that time, there was hardly any bread, no bretzel, no yoghurt. We got 2 slice of chhese and some ham. We got scrambled eggs ans sausages though. There were no glasses for juice, hardly no cups for coffee nor tea. The level of your breakfast would have been 8/10 if you only delivered on it.
