We stayed in an accessible room with a very big bathroom plus toilet but there was no mirror in anywhere in the room. I have requested a portable one but not given. We ended up using the toilet at the reception for mirror. Another issue was using credit card. There were different types of machine and only one worked for my Visa card, which was used during check in and the customer service personnel was very helpful. However, during checkout a different customer service officer (same individual who did not entertain our request for portable mirror) did not allow us to use that particular machine and at the end I had to use cash to clear my bill. I think some of the customer service personnel need training particularity for intentional travellers with language barriers. Apart from that, everyone, particularly the restaurant staff were very nice and helpful despite language barrier to deal with our allergy issue. Overall, it was an ok experience and there is room for improvement. Thanks.

The front staff was incredible. The breakfast wss good. But the coffee was never hot. The other times I ate in the restaurant was simply awful. The room was very small, especially the shower.

Convenient stay before / after jungle experience. Comfortable room with strong A/C, rich breakfast, well equipped gym, friendly team. Location is great, only few steps away from the Amazonian theatre. Would have expected to be able to leave some luggage when in the jungle, which was refused.
