I had an nice 2 night stay with my daughter. We then left for a medical expedition for 9 days. When we returned, we arrived at 9:00am. I asked if we could have a room to shower and wait for our flight at14:00. I was told I needed to pay for an entire night due to their system. Once I asked for the manager, their friendliness went away completely. The manager was not much help either insisting the I pay an entire day. This is the 4th time I stayed there (I do annual humanitarian missions). This may be the last time I stayed at Ibis. I have had other hotels that were more accommodating help me with half-day fee...

Check in staff pleasant but process took more than 20 min even though I had done online check in. Bathroom in need of an upgrade - or at least clean up the black grouting in the tiles.

Great Centro location and clean room. I only stayed one night so I can’t speak on housekeeping but I had no issues other than they block the hallway with their cards a lot. The overall room size/bathroom size is very small however.

For me, the location wasn't good. The bathroom is very small. My room's ceiling was drop water form the above room (awful!). Few options on the restaurant and less option on the convenience. Far breakfast. can also improve on cleaning.

The rooms are not renovated at all, very very basic and old. The biggest issue is our bathroom had mold all over the door and shower wall. We changed the room and second room had the same mold issues in the bathroom. We changed room for the third time, and finally found a bathroom without mold.

The receptionist forgot to give me back my passport twice. Luckily I remembered before I got on my cruise and before I went to the airport; however, the location of the hotel is very good for city center.

The location was great, right next to the theater. Overall the experience was good. However, the entire week I was there the floor in my room was not swept or mopped. Additionally, the walls were very dirty as well as the bathroom door. A good wipe down once in a while would go a long way. The breakfast is also quite expensive but had a good variety.
