Big lizard in the room, very noisy on the road

We have stayed in Accor hotels for nearly 30 years. This was the worst experience what you can imagine. People in reception spoke very little English. They never greeted guests or apologise for any fault. Room was dated and dirty, no hand towels with washbasin in the room. We stayed for 5 days, twice electronic system to open the door was broken. AC was very noisy. You have to slam the door to close it. Only positive thing, a nice person serving breakfast.

The rooms are nice and functional. The beds are comfortable, and everything is clean. However, the toilet is far too small, and it feels like a closet. What was also disappointing for us: despite a follow-up booking, we weren't able to store our luggage for three days. When we asked for help at the reception to solve our problem, they didn't even offer us any useful advice, except that we could get a room for three nights for $120 to store our luggage.

We’re sorry, however, for the inconvenience regarding the bathroom size and the luggage storage. We’d like to clarify that the hotel does offer a luggage room, but bags can only be stored for a few hours and must be collected on the same day. This is a security measure and a brand standard.
