Had a lovely two nights at Ibis Styles Manaus. Check in was excellent. The english speaking staff are fantastic. The room was mostly clean, and I didn't have any issues.

Unfriendly staff when checking in. Bathroom size and quality of drainage in shower was shocking. Was almost never able to get hold if anyone at reception telephonically. No cleaning services were provided despite leaving the tag on the door. Hotel corridors were filthy - a dead cockroach lay in our passageway the day we checked out. Noisy... tried getting a porter to help with luggage at check out and again no response from reception. Thank you to the lovely lady at the restaurant in the evenings, the young lady who helped me with check out and the gentleman who found me standing with my bags outside my room and helped me take them down to reception I will definitely not be using one of your hotels again

This is the only hotel I've ever had to leave earlier than planned due to its sheer awfulness. Small, uncomfortable rooms. Rude and incompetent front desk staff. Condescending and incompetent duty managers. Disorganized breakfast (tables not cleared, most items missing from buffet).

Great service by Andressa, thank you very much. The hotel was nice, open and very cool. Drinks and snacks were easily available which is a necessity in the heat! The room was good, and shower was excellent.
