Location is great, breakfast is ok. But the hotel room has zero sound proof, and the toilet is quite dirty and you can see rusty stuff everywhere.

always have to wait for a room hours and hours when I arrive before 2pm and it wasn't like that in the past. Also noticed some air conditioning in rooms need to have maintenance or replaced. Not enough number of towels in the room and I have always keep asking for more and when cleaning take place they are not replaced at the same quantity.
