Frankly, I don’t see this property as meeting a Mercures standards: drab rooms, no hot water at the sinks, keys work only half the time: I couldn’t recommend this property at all.

I have stayed at quite a few Mercure and Novotel hotels over the years, and I have never experienced a property that was so worn down or showed such a general lack of maintenance. My children didn't want to use the swimming pool because they thought it looked dirty and uninviting. I understand that this wasn't an expensive hotel, but I still believe that the Accor Group, which owns the Mercure and Novotel brands, should ensure that every property meets a certain minimum standard and delivers a reasonably consistent experience worldwide. Unfortunately, this hotel fell well below the standard I have come to expect from the Accor brands.

We booked a modern executive suite on the website and got a horrible dark and moldy terrifying apt. The sofa was dirty and the curtains and everything smelled of mold. We were moved to another suite and it was worse. The air-conditioned emitted a huge boom evey ten minutes. The suite was worse than anything I've seen. We checked out the next day. Not what is represented online. At all.

I am a frequent guest. I liked that you finally improved the gym and made it useful. Your personnel are all very cordial and willing to help. This about the people that work at site is very important, they all from the front desk, breakfast people and room cleaning have an excellent attitude.

1.- AC was damage, the last night I had a lot of water cloud from AC. 2.- I was 6 night, but any day the wet zone was available, incluid the swiming poll. 3 .- A lot of noise around my room.

I appreciated my stay at Manaus. I have only some points to mention: . the shower was very cold in the morning; I booked an appointment with the hair dresser and they put another person in my place despite booking three days earlier.

Best place for Korean Business travelers to stay since it is at the center of the Manaus and right next to famous Korean restaurant called Maru. However when we stayed there the top roof recreation area was in renovation so it was closed and wish that we had more salad/vegetable option for breakfast. Other than all the concierge members are very good at English and very helpful and kind.

I have been staying at the Mercure for about 15 years. The service has varied a lot over that time period, but is pretty good now. The rooms are a bit old and the air conditioners are either too cold or not really cooling the room.
