The room is good and confortable, staff not friendly. Not even a glass of water as courtesy. Breakfast just regular and bad services

I had a good time at Mercure Manaus. The hotel is well located, it is near Manauara mall and the rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Helpful services and great views.

Staff were friendly and helpful, room Was clean, a/c was stuck at 26c which left the room rather warm for my liking. Showed was very small as well.
