Worst Novotel I have had stayed in. The rooms are tiny, the staff are rude. There is no drinking or filtered water available, even hostels provide that. Reception advised us to buy bottled water from the restaurant. In the rooms, there is no tea bags, no tea cups, not even a teaspoon. No toothbrush, toothpaste, nothing. The family room is so tiny, the chair shares the table with the TV, there is no space to even open a laptop in the whole room. At the swimming pool, there are no towels provided.
