We the exception of the main reception area the rest of the hotel appears to have been neglected by Accor, poor facilities, dirty swimming pool, just looked totally run down and in need of a complete refurbishment

The hotel is good. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant (we took buffet lunch). The no and quality of dishes were very good. However, the room size, particularly the bathroom, could have been larger, considering I paid for 3. Overall, reasonably good experience.

The lobby is great, the staff are friendly and supportive. I found the rooms a bit old and mine had a bit of a smell plus I have a lot of bites and I think I was bitten by something in the bed.

Worst Novotel I have had stayed in. The rooms are tiny, the staff are rude. There is no drinking or filtered water available, even hostels provide that. Reception advised us to buy bottled water from the restaurant. In the rooms, there is no tea bags, no tea cups, not even a teaspoon. No toothbrush, toothpaste, nothing. The family room is so tiny, the chair shares the table with the TV, there is no space to even open a laptop in the whole room. At the swimming pool, there are no towels provided.

The water didn't need to be hot enough to require mixing, but it was too cold to shower or shave at 5:00 AM. This isn't a complaint unique to me. In a group of eight people, meaning eight accommodations, only two had warm water. Keep in mind that the lukewarm water available, according to my colleague, was not hot enough to bathe a baby. This has been a recurring issue every time I've stayed at this hotel in recent years (around three times between 2024 and 2025).

I reserved through Accor app and was charged a higher value when checked in. the attendant was nice but could not cancel the sale after trying multiple times. Besides I selected an upgraded room and asked in the reception in advance I was not welcomed with a complimentary water bottle. my fridge was totally empty. Did not have the option to pay for one. The bed was comfortable and the restroom was pretty clean. Air conditioning working well and food at the restaurant was fair. the room phone, curtains and sign left in the bed were full of dust.
