The room had a bad smell. The service at restaurant was poor. The omelete maker is very slow, it took 15’ and the hotel was not crowd. Bar tender poor and offered negroni in the wrong type of ice. Front desk is good and well prepared.

Took FOREVER to check us in even though they didn't seem to be busy. When we got the room ... via a very smelly corridor where sheets were being sorted and the room completely stunk too. I have never been in a room the smelled so bad. Very run down room with wires taped up to the electricals, the shower and bathroom had seen better days. VERY hard bed. No safe in the room. This was eventually brought to us. Couldn't use the pool facility as there was a Honda/Commercial event going which taken up all of the shared spaces. Massive orange balls in the pool and motorcycles etc on the poolside! Breakfast was OK
