The food menu is small and has taken 40-50 minutes to receive the food. The carpets in the lobby have not been vacuumed even once in the 2+ weeks that I've been in and out of the hotel over that period of time. The staff is nice and will get an English speaker when asked. The hotel is amazingly sound-proof for being so close to the airport.
