Let down by the restaurant

The hotel was ok for what it was though a blanket on the bed would have been appreciated. I was however very disappointed by the restaurant, in particular the ‘grazing platter’. $12 for some cheap sliced ham and flavourless cheese (clearly straight out a packet). We had to request bread as an extra and didn’t even get plates with it! -it also took 45mins to prepare! Sadly there is a lack of options for food around here so choice is limited but next time would stay a little further from the airport and get a decent meal.

Getting pretty run down

I’ve stayed at this hotel over the years since it opened. This one is getting pretty shabby. Room was damp and smelled musty. Tile grout is disgusting. They need to figure out how to get the humidity under control.. Staff is nice and location is good.. wish it was being maintained.

I have been visiting the hotel for the past 6 years but was a little disappointed when I called the hotel and a staff member said she couldn’t because my reservation would be canceled. I then went on booking. com and made my reservation. Please instruct your staff that reservations can be made by PHONE. She was not very nice because I made reservations before by phone and even paid for my brother who was traveling in Brasil while I reside in the US

Really close to the airport. Smells like mould

The whole hotel (including the rooms) smell like mould. The ACs needed a good scrub. On top of that one could not get ventilation from the outside cause the windows just open a little bit. Result: I got allergies and slept very badly, haven’t had a crises like this in years, but the poor air condition triggered that.
