We had a very late checkin at Ibis. Arrived around 3 am on Fri Dec 6th. The girl behind the desk was the most horrible person I have ever met. It took her over 15 min to check us in (whilst we already prechecked online the day before and we were the only ones there), made aggressive comments, expressed negative body language, was not helpful and was just rude the entire time. A terrible person, who does not represent the Accor group well! The next morning there were other staff and they were great! Rooms etc were typical Ibis quality, so those were nice as always :)
