2 days without hot water in the bathroom to take a shower. Cold coffee and milk every day for breakfast. No butter for breakfast. The price of the meal at the restaurant is good quality, but expensive, not worth the cost-benefit.

Many issues, great team though

At first I stayed in the room 192, but then there was a leak from the room above right over the bathroom. I made a complaint, and after the third visit of the plumber, they’ve decided to change my room to the 172. The room was really humid, so I had to ask to change the towels everyday, which they did. I’d suggest a dehumidifier in the rooms. The cable TV was missing English audio, and some of the channels didn’t work properly. I like the idea of having mascots in front of the main entrance, but they don’t have considered that some people maybe allergic to dogs. There were too many of them all the time. By the check out, they’ve told me that one bag of snack was missing, which I was never told, since I haven’t eaten it. Overall, more cons than pros in this hotel. Water pressure was excellent. All employees were always very polite and nice.

Quite new hotel and rooms. There are a couple of dogs that the hotel takes care, this a is really good initiative by the hotel, so I had a opportunity to play a little with the dogs and relax. People in the lobby are helpful with any request.

A cancelled flight on Copa Airlines early in the morning found us there for 5 hours. The desk staff were helpful. The breakfast provided was very good and the room was clean, nice and quiet. I would stay at this Ibis again.

Not good experience with food

There is almost non food options for vegetarians (and zero for vegans). In the case a person have a health issue with meets (but menay people don't eat it for many other reasons too), it can be a very exausting experience having to order food all the time. It happened twice that I ordered something with no meat (or fish, or porc, any meat) and it came with ham. Today, vegetarian food is just basic and the hotel didn't have the basic.
