Dear Rogério, We sincerely apologize for the terrible experience you had during your stay at our Ibis Manaus District hotel. We deeply regret the maintenance issues you encountered, including the malfunctioning air conditioning system and the lack of proper regulation, resulting in uncomfortable temperatures and sleepless nights. We also apologize for the insufficient supply of blankets and the mismatched bedding in your double bedroom. Moreover, we apologize for the cracked bathroom sink, faulty hardware in the bathroom stall, and the door that didn't close properly. These issues should not have occurred, and we understand the frustration they caused. We assure you that we take your feedback seriously, and we will address these maintenance and service shortcomings with our team to prevent similar incidents in the future.
