The check in was relatively easy, especially if you're a member and have the Accor app installed. I was first given a non-functioning key card/or the key lock was malfunctioning. They have a restaurant with fairly priced food and beverages. The breakfast was good.

We stayed once before our tour into the amazon jungle and it was amazing 10 out of 10. After the tour was finished we decided to stay again not just because of the room and service but also the breakfast was incredible. In fact best breakfast we had on our 2 months trip in Brazil and it was surprising for being a budget hotel. Special shout out to the 2 people at the reception. Their names was Stephany and Ana Lu ( hopefully the right spelling) and they were very friendly and happy always keen to help with anything. Will return

location is good,room is very small and there is no gym. 2 times forgot to clear my room although i remind the reception. The reception guy forgot sent me the invoice although i remind him when check out.

We arrived at almost 23h, there was no hot water for shower, we asked to change the room they said “no, the tecnichian we will come tomorrow”, but we had to leave at 7am, so we spent money for no bath…

Everything was pretty good10/10. Suddenly the last day was terrible!!! My bedroom door has no battery and I have to go up and dow to try get someone to fix it, no body at the hotel was available to do so, one girl from the front desk went up with a laptop to open the door and we have to stay in or go through all of it again😕 the last day also my bedroom wasn’t cleaned my top bed was a mess and the floor wasn’t cleaned 😮‍💨 also in the last day me and my mom 70 years old were waiting our Uber in the lobby, and a street vendor came in side the hotel and ask to by your staff and we don’t want, he ask to pay some food for him and we said no, and he became aggressive and threatened us at this moment has not security at all and the front desk people didn’t do anything, this men came inside the lunch room and stay in silence waiting for the vulnerable moment of the Uber arrival to try threaten us again and he did and the security just watched everything from the inside lobby 😩😩😩😩😩 that was the worse part of my trip because I was thinking about my mom security!! 🥲

Positivo: A localização é excelente, perto de três shoppings em caminhada a pé. Também próximo de um ótimo shopping de artesanato. Negativo: Área do chuveiro pequena, molha logo ao ligar. Difícil regulagem de temperatura. O funcionamento e os canais da TV são uma piada: milhões de novelas coreanas e nada de notícias nem de esportes. Poucos atendentes na recepção, o que torna o atendimento demorado.
