We stayed here for four nights, and were quite happy with the room and service. Being Accor Platinum we had breakfast included in the rate, and that included coffee as well.. which was a nice touch. Breakfast was sufficient, with a range of items on offer We also had dinner in the restaurant on two nights (and used our Accor Plus discount). Both meals were good, sufficient quantity and great service. Valet parking at $25 seemed a bit steep, and we opted to use the $10/day car park just up the road, which the hotel organized for us. All in all, a great stay with great service, in a hotel in a good location

Stayed two nights in a Deluxe King room advertised as 40m² but really is the same size as ever other room just with a balcony. Welcome gift of sparkling water and old fruit was the worst we have received. No upgrade available. Most disappointing thing is the deterioration of Mr Good Guy, has clearly been staff turnover and the menu is lacking our meal was ordinary my wife's noodle soup cold just not as good as it once was.
