Overall experience was good, but house keeping was a little slack some days by not providing sanitary bags (when out) or topping up the teabags we were using. Considering we were staying there for 6 nights.

Novotel double-charged me for a very expensive room (more than AUD$300 per charge). When I brought it up with Sue at the front desk in the morning, she was dismissive, saying it would "iron out". That was false. I have tried emailing Novotel, and received no reply whatsoever. Now I have to spend my holiday time trying to get Novotel to fix this problem. NEVER AGAIN.

Easy check-in/check-out experience. Nice and clean room. Only issue is parking - only valet parking onsite and separate multi-story parking available. I'd prefer to be able to park my own car onsite.
