1) I asked at check-in and every day to have my room cleaned at 9:30am. It eventually happened on the last 2 days without me chasing it each day. Those who cleaned the rooms were extremely nice. 2) The phones are not answered. They ring a minimum 25 times before there's a chance anyone will answer. Room service ok, but Reception and Housekeeping not. Reception said they were too busy to speak as a lot of people had just arrived off planes to check in. Duh! Surely they know the flight timetables by now and can move extra staff to the front for 30 mins a few times a day? 3) Saturday night at 9pm I was told it was too late for Dinner room service. I said the TV showed they take orders until 9.30pm. She wasn't happy but took my order eventually. 4) Room service steaks were very nice, but $48! Chips cold and soggy each time. The spaghetti bolognese on about my third night was delivered barely warm. I rang and said so but nothing happened. 5) Why do I have to pay the exorbitant room service delivery cost - $6, to staff who are employed for those hours anyway? That's a rip-off.
