I appreciated the competitive room rate, the cleanliness of the room, and ease access to the metro station. On the negative side, the room was too dark and the air conditioner worked well when first turned on, but after a couple of hours, it seemed to not cool the room anymore.

Although almost 3 weeks have passed since my check-out date, my deposit has still not been refunded. I will never choose this hotel again.

Location was very good. Needs improvement in Breakfast spread. And rooms needs more lights at night as room was in dark decor already.

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Paris. Everything was very good, and I especially appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly Luc and the lovely blonde lady who worked the night shift — unfortunately, I lost the paper with her name. The breakfast was also really good; I loved it. The only small downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room.

Almost good as usual but Air conditioning not working in my room No breakfast ready at 6 as proposed (i waited a few but I had to take a train at the station) and still not at 6:15 Staff welcoming

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us however we are a bit confused regarding the concerns that you raised. No air conditioning malfunctions were detected nor reported during your stay or at all since we reactivated it for this season. If you have any problems with it, do not hesitate to contact reception during your stay, we would be happy to be of assistance in helping you or even controlling it for you. If there were to be a technical issue, we would also be happy to change your room. Additionally, our breakfast service starts at 6:30am as stated on our platforms and upon arrival. Occasionally, it may be ready earlier and we may exceptionally let our early guests in but there is no guarantee of it.
