It’s pretty well connected, near the metro station „Villejuif Louis Aragon“ which takes you to the city centre in about 30 minutes. There’s a supermarket around the corner. The staff is super nice and always eager to help. Everyone speaks English. We had a great time.

Hotel overall it's very nice. Breakfast good but I would've like variety and not the same every day. Train station it's very close which made us trasport quickly and easy to different tourist and common areas. A/C was not too good. It was very hot in the room even at nights.

The property and staff was very nice and welcoming. It was very comfortable to lounge in the public spaces and breakfast was nice. The location of the area was questionable so we only stayed 1 night and flew to Nice. Overall the property is nice and the staff very professional and personable. I appreciated the competitive room rate, the cleanliness of the room, and ease access to the metro station. On the negative side, the room was too dark and the air conditioner worked well when first turned on, but after a couple of hours, it seemed to not cool the room anymore.

I had a very pleasant stay at ibis Paris. Everything was very good, and I especially appreciated the excellent service from the staff, particularly Luc and the lovely blonde lady who worked the night shift — unfortunately, I lost the paper with her name. The breakfast was also really good; I loved it. The only small downside was that there was no mini fridge in the room.

Almost good as usual but Air conditioning not working in my room No breakfast ready at 6 as proposed (i waited a few but I had to take a train at the station) and still not at 6:15 Staff welcoming

No air conditioning malfunctions were detected nor reported during your stay or at all since we reactivated it for this season. If you have any problems with it, do not hesitate to contact reception during your stay, we would be happy to be of assistance in helping you or even controlling it for you. If there were to be a technical issue, we would also be happy to change your room. Additionally, our breakfast service starts at 6:30am as stated on our platforms and upon arrival. Occasionally, it may be ready earlier and we may exceptionally let our early guests in but there is no guarantee of it. We were met with a very friendly team 👍. Our room was comfortable although it would have been nice to have a selection of pillows. Breakfast was disappointing compared to Spanish Ibis hotels we’ve experienced. The barman on our visit for a nightcap had no idea how to open a bottle of wine and corked it. Didn’t know how much to pour and added something from the pump to a baileys on ice! Would have given a higher score if not for the above.
