We booked this hotel as we arrived in Orly to late at night to get to final destination. The hotel itself was fine,room tiny but very comfortable bed. Everything would have been fine except for the sting in the tail of recieving of our credit card being charged an additional fifty euros with no reason given, tried calling the hotel without success so finally emailed the accor customer service team to investigate. The Ibis told them it was an additional cleaning charge as we were "smoking"in the room. Neither are smokers, it took nearly a month to finally be refunded and thanks to the accor group for the intervention. We consider this a scam to be honest and would advise people to be very wary of this Ibis.

Overall the stay was fine, the hotel is pretty well located and closed to main shop which are within walking distance. The entire area is calm and despite the road close by , there is no noise in the room. The staff are very professional and courteous, room was very clean and all items woking in proper order. I enjoyed the stay even though short.

We stayed five nights and requested for hair dryer for four nights, hair dryer was not available.And our room keycard did not work starting on second day, we went to reactivate it at counter every day. I even confirmed with the staff if the key card would be worked tomorrow and she said yes, however it didn’t work even night and we came down to reactivate it .
