Regarding the power, please note that in our rooms, electricity is activated by inserting your room card into the key card holder near the entrance — our team should have explained this clearly at check-in to avoid any inconvenience. Regarding the beds, as per Ibis Budget policy, bedding is provided but guests are expected to make up the bunk beds themselves — once again, our team should have communicated this more clearly upon arrival.
