Hotel staff tried to force their way into my room at 1:30 in the morning. They did not announce who they were or why they were doing this, just tried to enter multiple times even when I called out that the room was occupied. Luckily I had put on the second lock and they could not enter. I was terrified with someone trying to break into my room. I called the hotel phone number to say that someone was trying to enter my room and they said, 'oh don't worry it was us - we didn't have you in the computer as checked in' - even though the room was paid for onsite so they clearly had evidence I was there! I was both livid and scared to death and they seemed to think it was ok, because it was just the hotel staff so I shouldn't worry. I could not get back to sleep until after 4:00 AM due to the adrenaline in my system. It was my most horrifying experience ever in a hotel and I travel often for work and holidays.

Given room 216 close to the lift which is very noisy . It seems that there is a friction metal to metal causing the lift to touch somewhere resulting in noise during movement . So not possible to have a reasonable sleep unfortunately

Client fidèle à Ibis budget Chevilly, j'étais agréablement surpris par la rénovation que subit l'hôtel. La chambre qui nous a été attribué était remise totalement à neuf en plus de l'installation de la clim. Hôtel bien situé par rapport au transport (un quart d'heure de marche de la station de métro) et au commerce (Carrefour à 10 mn). Accueil sympathique à l'arrivée mais on devient invisibles au départ. Sinon, je recommande vivement.
