I came for to explore Paris solo for the first time and it really amazing experience for me to stay pleasantly at ibis budget friendly hotel at Orly Chevilly Tram 7.

Unfortunatley for the price that we paid, it didn't meet our expectations and was a rather disappointing stay for more than one reason. Parking fee on website was falsely advertised, we paid more at reception, was incredibly difficult to pay. Parking was difficult to get into, had to gain access from reception 3 times. Room was incredibly small, shoe box esc..... there is some incredibly good photography on the website ! The air con was very good for keeping the room cool, but no signs of any heating. The beds were covering a small exposed box of wires The window was fully opening on the second floor, great for ventilation but not so good for safety ! The total for our stay wasn't as budget as perhaps the standards and experience that you receive.....

My daughter went to reception to ask why there wasn’t any hot water as we needed a shower coming back from the Olympics! Was simply told in a rude manner “So there’s no water! Nothing I can do!” No apologies, explanation nothing. Next day there wasn’t any air condition either and I went to report the case and asked to speak to a manager. I told him of my daughter’s experience last night. He however was very apologetic and offered to refund the last three days booked as the whole booking was non refundable! Just wished it would’ve been a better experience!! Better staff training required for that specific member of staff!!

Well located for metro/tram, close to Orly Airport. Rooms are clean, the wifi works, breakfast is excellent and they will prepare you a breakfast in a small paper carrier bag to takeaway if you don’t have time to sit and eat their restaurant.

Arrived late on a flight from Egypt, didn’t get time to have breakfast at the hotel before I had to go to train station so they provided a breakfast in a carrier. Room was clean and everything worked. If you need somewhere to stay that has everything you need at a reasonable price Ibis budget is the place to book. Very impressed.
