Restaurant is 4* but cold, climate was not ON !!!... people wearing SKY clothes to have the breakfast. Hotel is ONLY 3 stars or less...

Hello Mr Eugénio R. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not turn out as you had hoped. We fully understand the various points you have raised. And we fully acknowledge them. However, we would like to point out that we have done everything possible to respond to your dissatisfaction. I would remind you that our housekeeping team cleaned your room twice, the restaurant team offered you glasses of champagne and we offered you breakfast for the rest of your stay. Our front desk assistant manager, also took time out of her free time to come and talk to you and offer you various compensations. My advice for a future stay would be to go to a hotel of a more family standard, which will certainly meet your needs better.
