While most things were really good it was regrettable thst tge hot tub was cold for 2/3 of our stay as we were really looking forward to it. The restaurant on the two evenings we were there was very poorly run. The food when it finally came was good but the service and organisation was terrible. On 1 January we had to wait an hour between starters and our pizzas which was unacceptable.

Dear Management and ALL Accor Customer Care, I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I had during my recent stay at your property. As a Diamond member, I expect a high standard of service and hospitality, which was unfortunately not met on multiple levels. Upon arrival at approximately 1:00 PM, I was informed by the receptionist—who appeared visibly irritated—that check-in was only available at 4:00 PM. When I mentioned my Diamond status, I was told that the room originally assigned to me was unavailable due to a late check-out. Eventually, I was offered a “similar” room at 2:00 PM. This is not the level of recognition or flexibility expected for a loyal guest at this tier. The assigned room was disappointing. While the view was acceptable, the bathroom lacked essential amenities, the shower gel holder was empty, and one fixture was broken. Considering the premium price paid for a Suite, this is unacceptable. Additional issues included: Breakfast: Extremely poor quality, far below the standard of a 4- or 5-star property. Parking: €15 in front of the hotel, while €20 for direct access under the hotel—this should have been clearly communicated. Bar Service: Only available on weekends. Welcome Drink: Served in the restaurant, which does not reflect the expected Diamond experience. The most concerning aspect was the lack of courtesy and professionalism at reception. I strongly urge your management and ALL Accor to prioritize staff training in customer service and hospitality standards. As a Diamond member, I expect clarity, respect, and a proper welcome. If these issues are not addressed promptly, I will have to reconsider my loyalty to the ALL Accor program. I look forward to your immediate response and a resolution to this matter. Sincerely,

THE EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD BUT MY ROOM NO WAS CLEANED EVERY DAY , THE RECEPTIONIST ARE NOT FRIENDLY AND THEY TRY TO STILL MY MONEY I DONT KNOW WHY THE RESTAURANT WAS REALLY GOOD
