Mecure are always comfortable with great showers however during my recent stay i saw very little staff, no one was around when I checked in. The stay before we paid for breakfast & what a let down that was. Very ordinary. I have stayed in the Mecure Welcome in Melbourne & their breakfast was amazing. Also the parking is outrageously expensive & should cost less. The accommodation is expensive enough!

Good location, but unfortunately we found a tie nail in one bed, Pen on the sheets on another bed, and the bathrooms had some mold.

However, we are sincerely sorry to learn that the cleanliness and overall condition of your room did not meet your expectations. Finding a toenail in the bed, pen marks on the sheets, and mould in the bathroom are unacceptable issues and do not reflect the standards we strive to maintain. Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our housekeeping team so that appropriate corrective actions and additional quality checks can be implemented. Very friendly staff, very well looked after. Great size room, quiet and excellent bed. Heating system is old and noisy. Bathrooms need a update but water pressure and heat was excellent.
