The price-performance ratio is very good, the rooms are nice and clean and in the typical Novotel style. But what really stands out is the staff, who are consistently very friendly and show great hospitality. I would particularly like to mention the staff in the breakfast restaurant, where Bruno and his colleagues always made sure that I could start the day with a smile.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was exceptional - friendly, welcome, flexible and hospitable. The room was thoughtfully designed and was very comfortable. The working desk was very useful. ALL member recognition and benefits were solid. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms for the Mexico City location were extremely small, with no storage, no mirror with natural light and gross smells in the elevator and hallway. There are also no Large water bottles on the premises and you get overcharged for the small bottles provided. The food isn’t good and there needs to be more improvement for accessibility and comfort of guests. I also asked for a recommendation for a salon from the concierge and they said to go straight down the road for 5 mins and there would be one with a bus stop out front, but there wasn’t. I asked them for the name of the salon and they didn’t know.
