Rooms are cozy and I'm ok with the size, which is a bit smaller than the average. The only thing it was not entirely comfortable was the mattress. Not firm enough compared to the beds in other of your properties (Santa Fe), so my sleep wasn't entirely enjoyable.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in CDMX while I had a medical procedure. The hotel was located only a few minutes on foot from the clinic which was perfect. The staff at this hotel are excellent. The buffet was good for breakfast, the selection of foods was fine and the people working there very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is facing a very busy street and street noise can be an issue. My first room had a bed that sagged quite a bit in the middle and being on the third floor above the busy Insurgentes Avenue was not a recipe for good rest. The hotel moved me and the issue was solved. In fairness I don't think this hotel can be truly called 4 stars anymore. A four star hotel doesn't put threadbare towels in rooms . I would call it a comfortable three plus stars hotel.

An hotel with an excellent location, not far from Mexico city-center and in the middle of a safe and nice neighborhood. The rooms and services are similar to what you can expect of a Novotel in France.
