It is a great location. The female workers in the reception area weren’t the nicest. I stayed in their Queen Room. Bed sheets had hairs on them the moment we arrived to our hotel room & there was hair on our room floor. I am so thankful I buy disposable sheets on Amazon & I used Clorox wipes to disinfect the floor. Another issue, the water leaks out of the shower door & was creating puddles in our room. I had to lay towels each time I showered to prevent the puddle from spreading. Another issue were the “clean” towels which I would receive dirty or stained. Overall, a good location, not clean, & not the nicest staff either. The gentleman who worked at Delia Bistro 10/10 service, awesome guy who went above & beyond though.

I would have liked the room to have a microwave but other than that, everything was very good! I would definitely stay there again.

It was good service, the rooms were not clean in the floor with dust and hairs, and toilet was not clen, one of the bedrooms hadn't been change the sheets.

I travel to Mexico City on a regular basis and had not tried the Novotel WTC. The hotel can be easy to miss from the street as it is a fairly narrow building with some 6 rooms per floor. It is a full service hotel 3 star, it has a nice breakfast buffet, the gym is pretty good vs. an afterthought at similarly priced hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful. Juan, one of the waiters on the breakfast buffet was very attentive. Great value / price vs. quality. Only potential drawback is at peak times the elevators can be crowded.
