The location was in a nice walkable location. Next time I might choose to stay in Roma Norte instead as I did find myself there more than in Condesa. The room was clean but a bit small. The only complaint is one night the bedding was still damp from the wash. And the electricity went out a few times during our stay. The staff was very nice and informative. And the breakfast menu was actually great. I was worried as free breakfasts usually aren't very good. But we had the chilaquiles, the avocado toast, the french toast, and the basic egg breakfast and they were all very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Hi, First time visiting Mexico City and overall had a nice time with the exception of a fall that I had in your lobby area that could have been avoided with better attention to guest safety. On the evening of Friday June 26th I was in your lobby bar watching a World Cup game with my girlfriend. There was a significant rainstorm happening and water was coming through the clear canopy structure. I went to use the lobby restroom and ended up slipping in due to a large pool of water on the marble floor. I fell very hard on the ground knocking over a table and breaking a glass vase. The staff was very attentive to me after the fall but all of this could have been avoided if there was better drainage or the are with pooling water was closed for safety. I have several bruised areas from the fall and a deep contusion to my left hip that continues to bother me. I hate to share this but want you to be aware of the lack of safety for other guests.
