The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The Flower Shop had delicious coffee and pastries. One suggestion would be for more/better lighting in the bathrooms. There were also some issues with the elevators not working during our stay. And, although housekeeping did a very detailed and thorough job, both days they came between 4-5pm when we were returning from the day and wanting privacy to get ready for the evening/dinner. But overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Room was lovely, clean, housekeeping did a great job, location was central to a lot fo great restaurants within walking distance. Would stay there again for sure!

Hotel is good but not worth the premium price. Disappointing they have no pool or sauna / steam room, rooms are VERY small, and ours had wallpaper peeling off. Staff were 10/10 excellent though, I just wanted to comment on the amenities themselves. What five star hotel in CDMX has no pool??
