The staff at the Mondrian was very attentive, kind and generous, including desk staff and the gentlemen who handled our luggage. They even sent a small cake to my room to acknowledge my birthday. The rooms were well-appointed and the bed was super comfortable with great choices of pillows. The cleaning staff was thorough. The hotel was in a great neighborhood, too. Overall a highly positive experience for our family of seven (four rooms).

Overall it was great! The property itself is lovely and the included breakfast was an added bonus which we thoroughly enjoyed. Special shout out to David at the front desk and Albania from the restaurant. We had a wonderful time and everyone was incredibly helpful and kind. Will be back !

Happy with the hotel and location. Negative point was that the shower was terrible and sprayed everywhere. Room was good. Very disappointed that no points were credited afterspending over €400 per night.

Hotel was very nice, excellent neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, a convenience store right across the street. Room was on the small side for family of four, beds were not Queen sized, but shower was excellent.
