The room was set up for one guest even though we were checking in as two. For example one bottle of water and took long to get an answer to send up more. The bars were booked out two of the three nights for functions which was very inconvenient for guests.

We stayed in Condesa at the Mondrian Hotel, which was a perfect base. Clean, modern, and right in the middle of one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Condesa has an effortless vibe, walkable streets, great restaurants, and real energy. Mexico City exceeded every expectation. I’ll definitely be back.

We every much enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. The room was very comfortable, good choice of breakfast options and the staff were great. Especially Isaac (concierge) who provide use with some great suggestions for places to visit, particularly local restaurants, and the restaurant staff who were very attentive.

I'd selected the Mondrian due to its status as a Chase Edit hotel. Overall I was happy with the location, accommodations and staff. I was a little disappointed in the application of the Edit perks. There was no room upgrade available and no other compensation offered. There was a cafe, but limitations on what items the $100 credit could be used towards. We wanted to order room service, but no menu in the room. Breakfast was included, however there was no menu so you had to observe the other tables to guess what the options were available.

Had a great time staying here. Property is nice, rooms are clean and modern, staff here are very helpful, and the hotel is in a great location that is within walking distance to a lot of great places in the Condesa area.
