insulation on window was worn down and we could hear noise from the street every night - very loud. mural was falling off the wall. bathroom extremely small.

The hotel is perfectly located just off Insurgentes, with the vibrant Condesa and Roma districts right there and everything you might need located nearby. The cool contemporary design is great together with the atmosphere and friendliness / efficiency of all staff.

Overall staff was great. Some hiccups with the bill but it was eventually fixed. Cleaning of room could have been a bit better. Used some of the glasses cups and they were not washed or replaced with new ones. Room issues - sink space is not enough for two people. Divider between the shower and toilet should be opaque. I don't know who likes to look at the toilet. The hot water takes too long to come in the shower and the water temperature gets too hot or too cold too easily.

The hotel was good overall, but there are areas of improvement. For example, they claim to refill shampoo/conditioner each day...but it was empty two days in a row. When asking for re-fills, they forgot about it and I had to go to lobby. We also had a $100 credit at the hotel and the only thing we used was an $8 bottle of water from the gym...but that wasn't included. Breakfast was really good...and the outside dining area was welcoming and very enjoyable. The bathroom is a bit open, which isn't great if someone needs to use the toilet at night. And there was a giant column in the room so out-of-place that makes navigating the area hard.
