Everyone working there was very hospitable and very friendly. However, our bathroom in the room smelled always like sewage, no matter how much we ran the bathroom fan. There were clearly signs of deterioration with mold, cracking vinyl, and visible wear and tear. The first day we were there housekeeping had accidentally put a contact lens cover on the floor in a dark corner, which was not fun. They also forgot to bring coffee pods one day so we couldn’t use the coffee machine. There was no turndown service.

Terrible experience. They were doing construction and using some type of solvent to remove the floors. The smell was nauseating when I said something about the smell, they offered to spray perfume in our rooms. When pressed, they finally offered to move us. At first, the room smelled fine but after a few hours, the perfume wore off and it smelled just like the first room. Very dissatisfied.

Enjoyed our stay at the Mondrian! The rooms were nice and comfortable, everything was clean and smelt great. The staff went above and beyond for anything we wanted and needed. Housekeepers always had the room clean and everything stocked. The only thing we did not like was the coffee shop and breakfast opening at 7AM. We’re early risers and want nothing more than a latte when we wake up. But we went next door and payed for a coffee a few times while we waited for ours to open.
