Didn't like location. Entrance with overgrown bushes does nothing to enhance the property 😳 The staff at reception desk and restaurant made all the difference. Lovely friendly girls, very respectful, good humoured and,helpful

Code access worked well and efficiently. Good parking are. Huge bathroom appreciated and sofa bed comfortable. Had everything we needed. Your staff made the stay enjoyable....there when needed but not unnecessarily intrusive.

Very kind personnel and very spacious rooms. Breakfast acceptable. Not very close to the sea but for my business trip it didn't matter

2 night stay. Originally booked one night online and then called the hotel to add a second night. Receptionist on the phone was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Very happy with location and staff welcome on arrival. Room was large, clean and kitchen area was excellent and had everything we needed. The bathroom was a bit of a nightmare. Think it may have been a disabled shower and every time we used it it just flooded the bathroom, which was not great as not very spacious in there. My husband was interested in the 'gym' but as the only machines they had were all out of order which just left some weights it didn't seem worth it. Overall extremely happy and would definitely stay here again.
