Nice hotel, good breakfast. However no hot water in the room, after reporting it. I was told it was normal because everyone takes a shower. No action and clearly not acceptable. Bar offered 24/7 charcuterie plate. But when this was ordered at 6pm. They told us the kitchen would only prepare it after 7. My collegue was put in a handicapted room. This was not ordered or discussed. Overall not satisfied.

I was shocked to find no hot water and terrible water pressure in the shower in my room. When I spoke to reception, it became apparent that there is no solution and that this isn't a new problem owing to the bad design of the building, and when the hotel is full, the water in the showers is a major problem. I was advised to shower at different times ie middle of the night or in the afternoon which is not a solution when you are working full time!
