The cleaning of the room was irregular from very good to poor depending on the lady in charge. Evian bottles in the room where not replaced every day. One young waiter (tall, dark hair) in the restaurant/ bar was quite arrogant. other staff were polite and helpful

The reception staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was ready on time, beautifully clean and our daily cleaner was excellent. We only took breakfast in the dining room, but the choice was wide-ranging and the choices were always available for the whole of the breakfast period. The dining room staff were very welcoming each morning and willing to help whatever our request.

The standard room is a bit small in terms of space considering that this is situated outside Paris but rooms are clean and has the basic stuff

The configuration of our 1930 hotel does not make it the best point of the establishment. We want to be transparent with our customers by clearly mentioning the surface area on our site. The smallest category is 14 M² and is the one you reserved. Regarding your request for connecting rooms, we systematically call our customers with children who have reserved several rooms and offer connected rooms but not when it is a reservation without children. For the next time, do not hesitate to inform us for such demand at the time of booking. This stay at our hotel was not a success and we want to regain your trust.
