Lovely staff, very friendly. Nice lobby, has a flat screen TV to watch the match, lots of little games like darts, lots of chairs, good food service readily available; the only downside to the lobby is that it’s too hot, poor staff. Rooms are very clean but the air conditioning made the room feel damp. We were thankful for the strong air conditioning though, it was excellent and very cold.

Staff on arrival excellent. Disappointed that no one had taken notice of my email re lactose intolerance. When I asked if the milk was oat the answer was ‘I think so! No butter substitute.
